[Poem] Short Moments

[Ludicrous Lunacy]

Tiny moments
So short
That if you blink
You might miss them.

If someone smiles
And you make it
Last a while
Yould you smile back?

If someone cries
But you can only
See their eyes
What's to make you comfort them?

Pity,
Or if you're witty
A little in return.
Self-pity, too.

If you're feeling blue,
And you chose
To be their friend,
When you feel joy will it end?

Not really,
Because if your cold,
Remember you have a heart of gold
That should never be sold.
