Starlingkit lay near the edge of the camp, his ears down and tail wrapped around his skinny body in a terrified manner. Every sound made the too-small kit flinch and whimper, hiding his face in his paws. He kept his eyes down, he wanted to dash over to grab some food but was too scared he'd get in trouble for some reason.

Brairspeck sat in the back of the medicine cat den, sorting through the herbs with care, afraid there would be an outbreak of sickness as she was everyday. She was a bit more worried because she hadn't gotten any dreams from starclan in a while and she was thinking of going with her apprentice to share tongues with their ancestors.

Burdockstar sat with a plump mouse between his large paws, slowly chewing on the great tasting meat to savor the taste. The Ebonyclan leader was slightly lost in thought, chewing the bite longer than needed and staring at the clouds with wonder.
