3-6-9!

You know the game named 3-6-9?
Here are the rules:
You count upwards. If you reach a number that has either 3, 6 or 9 in the number, you "clap", and if you reach a number that has two of any of the three numbers, you clap twice. Here is the example between 3 users(the numbers in the brackets are just for convenience:
User 1: One or 1
User 2: Two or 2
User 3: Clap(3)
User 1: Four or 4
User 2: Five or 5
User 3: Clap(6)

User 1: 27
User 2: 28
User 3: Clap(29)
User 1: Clap(30)
User 2: Clap(31)
User 3: Clap(32)
User 1: Clap Clap(33)
...
If one of the users fail and accidentally Clap at the wrong moment, or put number when you have to Clap, it will start back at 1.
