The classics, always loved the three original starters. My favorite
pokemon is Riolu, baby version of a pokemon with his own movie, Riolu's great.
Bulbasuar is my favorite starter.

least favorite pokemon though is.....Blaziken...sorry if anyone likes him....but i don't hate him just don't like the memories I have associated with him and my old friend who used to be obsessed with him always bragged about how powerful the self cooked KFC was and it drove me crazy
