Cobalt strode along quickly between the closely-planted trees. The large tom parted his jaws, drawing in the enchanting scents of the forest. The dark, gloomy lighting of the forest cast eerie shadows over his fur, and shone strangely on his eyes. As his keen gaze caught movement ahead, the tom cat broke into a quick lope, orbs fixed on the feline-like creature. Slowing down when he reached a few lengths from the tree, Cobalt looked up, catching the gaze of the she-cat. Since he couldn't get a clear view of her, he decided to go with a simple greeting. Was she friend or foe? "Greetings," He dipped his head slightly in a courteous gesture. "Name's Cobalt."
