Cloudpaw looked at her mentor then back at Fairyfrost who was coughing harshly. She picked up some catmint and nudged it towards Fairyfrost. She ate it and she slowly stopped coughing.

Tigerpaw looked at Northwish and couldn't help wanting to be where his mother stood.

Fireqing glanced around the clearing, half of her body in the warriors den, she nodded slightly and got out of the den and snuck out of camp.

Ashwing walked up o to Fairyfrost. "You feeling better?"

She looked at him and smiled. "Better than ever." She said. Cloudpaw could see the hidden affection in her eyes and she felt confused. Why would she feel affection towards Ashwing?

Tigerpaw and Cloudpaw came back with catmint. She walked into Ashwing's den. "I got the catmint."

The two apprentices set down the catmint. "Have you seen Northwish? She said she'd take me out for training since Fairyfrost isn't well." Tigerpaw meowed. "I'm fine." Fairyfrost said, trying to sit up.

"No I haven't." He said. "Ask Vixenthroat. Maybe he knows."

"Ok." Tigerpaw raced out of the den and decided to check the apprentices den. If his sister wasn't there that meant she was probably out with Vixenthroat. He walked out of camp. "DAAAAAAD!" He shouted, his tail flicking.

Vixenthroat turned from watching Bravepaw to Tigerpaw. "Yes?" He asked.

"Have you seen mom?" Tigerpaw asked, looking up at the trees to see if she was there. She was like a squirrel in cat form some times. (So are all my other characters XD)

"I saw her in a tree sometime ago." He said. "That way." He pointed in the direction. Bravepaw came back with a mouse and a vole.

"Thanks." Tigerpaw walked in the direction his father pointed in and kept his eyes on the trees for his mother's flame colored fur. Northwish was staring at nothing as she tried to forget her nightmare. "Mom! Hey mom! You promised to take me hunting!" Tigerpaw shouted, looking at his mother. Northwish didn't respond for a long time before mumbling something incoherent.

Vixenthroat smiled. "Great job!" He said.

Tigerpaw frowned then padded back to camp. Fairyfrost's sick and mom's going nuts. I guess I'll have to ask Rattooth.

Northwish laid her head on her paws and closed her eyes but they snapped back open when her nightmare started again.

"Go back to camp." He said. "I have to check something."

Bravepaw nodded and walked back to camp with his catches.

Vixenthroat walked back to his mate. "Northwish, what's wrong?"

Northwish blinked and looked at Vixenthroat. "N-nothing. Why would you ask?" She asked.

"Because I know something is wrong." He said. "Now it's either you come down, or I come up." He said.

Northwished didn't move and didn't speak. She closed her eyes. and forced herself not to open them when the nightmare started.

Vixenthroat sighed and began climbing the tree to her.

Northwish opened her eyes, ears flat. She covered her face with her paws to hide the tears that slid down her face. At this time, she wished to be in her den, alone.

Vixenthroat was next to her. "What's wrong?" He asked. "Is it something I did?"

Hollywish padded on the edge of the lake, looking for prey. She smelled a water vole and dropped into a crouch. As she stalked forward, she noticed the small creature fiddling with a nut on the edge of the water. Is saw were coming and teied to dive into the water, but Hollywish pounced and caught the vole as it was heading into the water. As she picked it up, she tripped over a rock and fell into the water with a splash. She stood up and clawed her way back to shore, drenched.

Fairyfrost looked over her shoulder to make sure Ashwing wasn't watching her and walked out of medicine cats den. She saw Tigerpaw and smiled. "You wanna do some battle training?" She asked. "Ok!" Tigerpaw said, grinning. They walked out of camp.

Vixenthroat opened his eyes when he heard the splashing and looked at Hollywish.

Sheepwing lifted his tail as he padded out of the warriors den after Firewing. The tom was slightly famished but believed today he would at least try to hunt before taking something for himself. The munchkin cat padded towards the entrance and with a flurry of steps he was in the fresh air.
Sheepwing trotted into the territory his stomach rumbling, and before long had caught the scent of Firewing and a mouse. Maybe I could join her hunting trip? The warrior would at least try and then was on his way towards the she-cat.

Firewing felt like she was being followed but quickly shook away the feeling. She saw a rabbit a foxlengths away, and immediately went into a hunters crouch. She unsheathed her claws, and stalked forward. But, the rabbit heard Sheepwing coming and ran off, Firewing growled and ran after it, taking large strides and running very fast. The rabbit lost some energy and Firewing unsheathed her back claws and tensed her back legs and pushed off on her back legs, leaping forwards, catching the rabbit in her large forepaws. It struggled for a few moments and Firewing bit into spine. It went limp shortly after.

Sheepwing purred announcing his presence and his congratulations at the catch. "Great catch."
He mewed before padding up to Firewing. Though he had stubby legs didn't mean he didn't try his hardest to catch up. "I was wondering if I could hunt with you? It would be an honor considering I don't get to hunt often."
Sheepwing hoped the she-cat would say yes even if it was a regretted yes. The fluffy tom didn't want to pressure her and sat down tapping the tip of his tail against the ground rhythmically.

Firewing had picked up the rabbit, and when Sheepwing mewed, it had startled her, but only for a bit. When he asked a question, she thought it was rude to talk through prey. She dropped the rabbit, and thought for a minute. " Uhh, sure." The she-cat answered. She stretched her fore-paw and shook her red tabby pelt.

"Help them!" Northwish screeched at the cat next to her. "Don't just stand their, HELP THEM!" The cat took no notice to her and just watched the clan being attacked by rouges, Southclan and Westclan warriors. "HELP THEM!" She'd help herself but she was tied to ground by rope brought by the rouges.

Northwish's eyes flew open and she dug her claws into the ground. Just a dream, just a dream, just a dream.

Vixenthroat didn't notice and sighed at the warmth hitting his pelt.

"Rouges, Southclan and Westclan cats were attacking us and I could do nothing about it and someone was just watching it all happen! He was just standing next to me, watching them kill everyone!" Northwish said, her voice breaking. Her eyes flicked to the entrance to the den and saw Ratttooth talking to Tigerpaw. She dug her claws into her nest.

Ashwing closed his eyes. "It is coming soon." He said. "Starclan is warning us. They have also told me there is a small group of cats planning this." He explained. "And at least one of them, are from our clan."

Northwish's blood ran cold. "You wouldn't happen to know who it is, do you...?" She glanced at Rattooth who looked as casual as ever as he talked to Applesnap, but he must've said something cause she heard a faint snarl and saw Applesnap stalk off.

He's after North's kids next.. Well, he already got one.)

Ashwing closed his eyes and tried to remember the cat he saw. "One's an older cat, next to him is a younger tom." He said. "Maybe mentor and apprentice." He then looked at Vixenthroat. "Maybe father and son."

Vixenthroat's heart sank. "Are you trying to say it's me?"

"I'm not saying that. I just said it's a possibility."

Rattooth padded over to grieving Deathhope. He started talking to him and in the end, Deathhope hesitantly agreed.

Vixenthroat nodded. "I will make sure to keep an eye on him."

Ashwing nodded. "Just be careful brother."

Northwish nodded and laid her head down.

Fairyfrost and Tigerpaw came back, Fairyfrost with a nicked ear. "Go eat." She said to Tigerpaw. "Ok!" He said, bounding over to the prey pile. She flicked her nicked ear. "Huh."

Rattooth walked up to Fairyfrost. "I-" "I told you a thousand times, NO! I will not join your little 'clan' of murderers to go against my own clan!" She snapped, narrowing her eyes. "Ok. ok." Rattooth walked off and sat beside Cloudpaw who was sorting herbs. "What're ya doing?" He asked.

"Sorting herbs." Cloudpaw responded. "How would you like to come with me, Tigerpaw and Deathhope to this cool place I found by the lake?" Rattooth asked. "I'll have to ask Ashwing if I can go." She responded. "NO! I mean, why tell him? it could be our little secret."

Cloudpaw looked at him before saying,
"Fine."

Ashwing walked out of the den and into his den. He got confused. "Cloudpaw?" He asked. He was confused. He told her to finish sorting herbs and they weren't finished. "Probably sibling stuff." He finally concluded.

Vixenthroat walked out and looked at Bravepaw who was by the fresh-kill pile. "It's time for a mini test."

Bravepaw jumped at this. "I'm ready!"

"You have until the sun falls to bring as much fresh-kill as possible."

Bravepaw ran out of camp past Rattooth, Cloudpaw, and Deathhope, but ran into Tigerpaw. "Ow. Sorry bro." She said standing up.

Tigerpaw bit back a snappy reply. "It's fine." He said.

"Bravepaw! I was actually looking for you! How would you like to come with me and the others to this cool place I found by the lake? There's plenty of fresh-kill." Rattooth said.

"He said there was also herbs, that's one of the reasons I'm going." Cloudpaw meowed.

"He... Never mind." Deathhope kept walking, Tigerpaw and Cloudpaw following him. Rattooth stayed behind, looking at Bravepaw.

Bravepaw tilted her head. "I would've known about it." She said. "But hey. I'm only an apprentice."

"C'mon it's cool." Rattooth followed Deathhope and the others.

"Can we hurry as well?" She asked following. "I'm kinda have a time limit."

"Of course." Rattooth meowed. He walked up to the cliff and pushed away some vines. Inside was a cave that was huge and cats were milling around everywhere. Cloudpaw ran over to the herbs and picked up the ones she really needed. She held it with her jaws, chin and tail. "Alright, I have to egt this back to camp, bye!" She walked out of the cave and walked back to camp.

Bravepaw stayed to hunt, he had definitely pletly of time to relax.

Cloudpaw walked into camp with the herbs. She walked into Ashwing's den and set the herbs down.

Ashwing looked at Cloudpaw. "Nice work!" He said. "This will last a while."

Bravepaw walked up to Rattooth. "Thanks for showing me this place." He said thankfully.

"Yeah, Rattooth showed me this cool cave by the lake. The strange part is there was a bunch of rouges there." Cloudpaw meowed, rembering the thousands of cats there.

Bravepaw ran out of the cave and back to Vixenthroat.

"I'm impressed." Vixenthroat said.

"Rattooth showed me this cave where there's a lot of prey." He said and walked to put his prey on the pile.

Both Ashwing and Vixenthroat frowned.

"Why are you frowning?" Cloudpaw asked, sorting out the herbs.

Bravepaw asked the same question.

"Uhh no reason." Ashwing said quickly. "Just kinda disappointed that you found a place that I didn't know."

Vixenthroat said the same thing.

Bravepaw nodded and walked into the apprentice den.

Tigerpaw hadn't left. He was talking to a she-cat that was almost all black but had ginger tabby patches. "I used to be in Eastclan, but I left." She said. "How come?" Tigerpaw asked. "I'm 15 moons and I'm still and apprentice!" She said.

Ashwing took Vixenthroat and walked into Northwish's den. "We need to talk."

"Rattooth is trying to get to your kits." Ashwing said.

"He's taking them to some place by the lake." Ashwing informed.

Northwish was thrown into a flashback at that.

"C'mon Northpaw, I have something to show ya!" Belle said. "You're not supposed to be here Elle!" Northwish said but followed her anyway. They came to a cave and inside there was rouges everywhere. Belle's older brother Gray was among them.

She shook the memory away. "Did they say anything else about it?" She asked.

"Cloudpaw mentioned a cave."

Vixenthroat nodded. "Though I'm a bit concerned because I don't remember a cave in our territory."

"Did she happen to say anything about rouges?" Northwish demanded.

Both of them nodded.

Northwish nodded slightly. "I know that place." She meowed. "Belle showed it to me when I was still an apprentice.

"What is it?" Vixenthroat asked.

"It's like a safe place for rouges and exiles." Northwish answered. "I had completely forgot about until now, when Ashwing said what he did. Belle told me Gray had started it soon after she started visiting us."

"Well it's safe for them, but it won't be safe for anybody soon." Ashwing said.

"I'm going there now. I know Belle is there and I need to talk to her." Northwish said and walked past her mate and Ashwing. She padded out of camp and made her way to the cave.

Vixenthroat followed her. "I don't care if you want to go alone, I'm coming with you."

Northwish sighed and shook her head but didn't argue. She slipped past the vines and looked at the rouges. She looked around and saw most of them were black, gray, brown or white furred. She looked around for a spot of golden and found it. She pushed her way through the crowded and walked up to Belle. "Elle, I need to talk to you." Northwish whispered. "Ok, Northwish, I'll be right there, I just need to tell Gray." Belle said back.

Belle walked back and she and Northwish walked to the entrance. Belle hid from Vixenthroat. "He doesn't still hate me, right?" She asked. "He never hated you Elle."

Phoenixwing padded into his den,he heard something...something weird,something along the lines of danger,he shivered at the very thought of losing his clan,what more if it did happen?

Belle stopped in front of Northwish. "Northwish, you have to get everyone out of that camp. Gray is planning an attack and he's going over right now!" She hissed. Northwish's heart dropped. "What?" "He's leaving right now!" Belle shouted.

"I'm on it!" Vixenthroat raced out of the cave and back to the camp as fast as he could.

Applesnap's ears twitched and looked up when she saw Vixenthroat. "What's up?"

"The clan is about to be attacked!" He yowled loudly. Bravepaw was suddenly alert.

Firewing had patted back into camp awhile ago. Eaglefeather was half asleep at the corner of camp, but woke up by Vixenthroat's yowl. Firewing perked her ears

Phoenixwing pricked his ears and got into a fighting stance,I knew it! He thought to himself as he waited for the enemy

Ashwing sighed. "I thought so." He said and went into his den.

Sheepwing was sitting by the fresh kill pile chewing on a warm finch. He hadn't caught anything but he wasn't prepared to starve. As he was starting to finish eating Vixenthroat had burst into camp howling about a battle. The fluffy tom got to his paws staring wearily at the camp entrance.
Sheepwing fluffed up his fur almost menacing but his kittypet looks made him not so frightening.

Fairyfrost froze. "Rattooth and Tigerpaw aren't here." She hissed. Northwish and Belle ran back to the camp. Cloudpaw walked out of the den behind Ashwing and narrowed her eyes. She remembered playing with Lifepaw and Deathhope and they taught her how to fight.

Tigerpaw stood beside Rattooth and Gray as they rounded up the cats for the first party. Tigerpaw was leading the third party. Rattooth was leading the second.

Firewing lashed their tail and Eaglefeather walked and stopped beside his sister

Vixenthroat growled. "They won't do anything to Nirthclan. We will stand strong!"

Northwish ran over to Vixenthroat. "You know, we don't have to fight." She said and glanced over at Belle. "We can always just outsmart them." Belle padded over slowly, a bundle of rope on her back.

"No. Its been too long and I want to teach Rattooth a lesson." He growled.

"You can kill Rattooth. The rest are innocent, Vixenthroat. They wanted to be safe. Then they met Rattooth.." Northwish stared at her mate. "Please."

Vixenthroat nodded. "I just want you to know that I may kill one in self defense if one attacks me." He said. "But I will try not to hurt them."

Northwish nodded and called over Belle and Fairyfrost. Together they set up a few traps around camps and heard thudding paws outside. "Their coming!" Belle yowled.

Vixenthroat stayed where he was in the middle of the camp. "Hide everyone!"

Belle jumped behind the nursery with Cloudpaw and Applesnap. Fairyfrost and Northwish climbed the walls above the entrance and fit into gaps in the walls.

Ashwing hid as well and Bravepaw hid behind the medicine cat den.

Vixenthroat grinned and pretended to be distracted by grabbing a small vote and started slowly eating it.

Eaglefeather, and Firewing hid behind the warriors den, hidding in the cracks in the roof to hid their brown and red fur

Gray burst into camp. Oh this is gonna be easy. He thought when he only saw Vixenthroat. He stepped forward and his paw stood in one of the traps and he was took off his paws. "Mouse dung."
