I think you can. I’m not exactly sure, but you can try. Go to the “account” section and press “edit profile.” Then on the side, find “edit avatar.” Click that. You can either enter the url of the gif, or you can save it to your photos (hold down on the gif if you’re getting it from the web). Then go ahead and press “add file” and select that gif from your photos. Note that my directions will probably only work on Apple devices, as that’s what I’m using. Also, this may not work because I haven’t seen anyone with a gif as their pfp.

to get your gif as a profile picture, you have to make it 100x100 pixels first. otherwise, it won’t move. [this website (https://transloadit.com/demos/image-manipulation/resize-to-100x100/)] can do that for you!

once it’s 100x100 pixels, it should work and be a moving gif!
