Sorry for the shower of questions, but, would she start out REALLY hard on Firefly and then warm up to him? Based on your description of her personality, it doesn't seem that way. Again, so sorry for all the questions!

It's ok for all the questions! And yes, she has observed mentors back in Riverclan and some in Skyclan, and she can tell the apprentices are pretty much still kits. Mainly meaning that you need to be harsh on them to get them to listen at first, after that they become more mature, and easier to teach. Don't let anyone underestimate Cloverleap! Although she is positive, it doesn't mean she can't be harsh.
But if you want to suggest another cat to be an apprentice, that's totally fine by me! : )
