I'm happy to announce Empress Of Evil has been promoted to moderator and I know she'll continue to do a fantastic job in her new position.

In other news, a battle has broken out on the ThunderClan and WindClan border. After some mutual insults, rising emotions, and unsuccessful attempts at keeping the peace, both patrols lashed out violently. Onyxwhisper's arrival may have resulted in the skirmish concluding, but it wasn't in time to save the life of a warrior named Rabbitpounce. The patrols returned home and she succumbed to her injuries in WindClan's medicine cat den.
Passionblaze and Onyxwhisper have both reported back to Snowstar and Blazingstar, and Blazingstar is now formulating his plan of attacking ThunderClan at its heart.

Battle plans are currently in the works, and we're hoping to have the battle thread up in place of a Gathering this month. If all goes according to plan, the Gathering will instead take place next month. For clarification, there will not be another Gathering battle. Instead, the Clans will meet on the battlefield in a location of Blazingstar's choosing.
