Everyone has evaccuated.
People are scarce to come by, however the bombing hasn't stopped. It's not as often as it used to be, but most buildings have been ruined. Everything's run down.
Nature has started to take it back over, the pack runs into many wild animals. Most of the time, the animals are viewed as prey, however you do get those large predators that wreck havoc on the pack's life.
The water is hard to come by and when you do find it, it doesn't taste good, but you've grown accustomed to it. It's better than nothing.
When you do hear the planes coming overhead, you rush for cover and pray your shelter doesn't get hit. Even if it doesn't, normally you move on with the pack.
It's not easy here.
You're always dirty, you're always hot during the day and you almost freeze at night.
The dogs can be aggressive to each other, but the pack has learned they need to work together to survive.
The question is... can you make it?

The roaring had just come to a halt as the planes flew further away from their home. He was panting, his brown hues peering out of the darkness from the shelter he took cover in. It wasn't much. It was just a broken down shack at this point, but it was better than being exposed to the flying debris. Slowly, the alpha -- Bullet -- crept out of his hiding spot, his gaze never leaving the sky. Immediately, his ebony coat soaked in the sunlight. The vest around his chest didn't help either, it kept the heat against his body and it was uncomfortable, but he refused to take it off. This increased his panting rate, saliva dripping from the tip of his tongue.

"All clear!" he barked, once the planes were totally out of sight. The German Shepard then padded towards their main source of water. It was a rather large puddle, bound to last them a few more days if it failed to rain again. He bent forward and took a few laps of the disgusting tasting water. Bullet was acquainted to the taste at this point, but his nose still cringed in disgust. Once finished, he turned to look around, noting the places his group were creeping out of. That was the first time the planes came over in about two weeks. He was hoping it was two more before it happened again.

Isla, hiding in a deep ditch, a little tight but managed to fit in, slowly padded out, she looked around, ``Phew, That was close.`` She sighed in relief and padded over to Bullet, ``We'll need more rain soon, this big puddle won't last long.`` Isla pointed out sadly.

Pine padded out of a deep, hidden bush. He looked around and saw Isla with Bullet, he sighed in relief and looked up at the sky, making sure the planes were gone.

Cronos walked out as soon as the all-clear had been given. His brown eyes focused on the large puddle in front of him, but he didn't move forward to drink from it. Rather, he waited for the others to drink before he would sate his own thirst. The large German Shepherd looked over at Bullet for a moment, the dog silently observing his superior before searching the area for the one dog in the entire pack he remotely cared for more than anyone else, of whom he just considered to be co-workers. Aziz meant quite a bit to the silent, stern dog; she stirred emotions from deep within him that he hadn't felt in such a long time. Not seeing her yet, worry began to slowly rise up from the pit of his stomach, although he didn't say a word or let the concern show on his impassive face. He turned back to watch the dogs of the pack carefully, not making a sound as he kept a watchful eye out for any humans, planes, or rabid dogs that may have lived in this area before they arrived. Cronos kept up his guard, not daring to relax. Not yet. He began to walk around the puddle, keeping about a foot away from the already filthy water- he didn't need to put his dusty, contaminated paws into the only source of water the pack had. It would only serve to heighten the chance of sickness and infection. He was simply patrolling the area in a silent watch, ready to alert the pack of any dangers that may pop up.

Cronos wasn't a perfect dog by any means. Despite being in his prime, just old enough to not be considered a pup but hardly heading into the age range of elders, he walked with a noticeable limp. His left eye was pale in color compared to the other, almost blind in that eye. A long, ugly scar ran over that very eye, stretching from the center of his forehead to the back of his lower jaw on the left side permanently giving him a frightening look. He was flawed, but he was also strong. A furious fighter, raised and bred specifically for illegal dogfighting as evidenced by the interesting earring looping around his tattered right ear. The German Shepherd stopped on the other side of the puddle, sniffing the air before continuing on his silent patrol. Despite being a beta, the dog was restless and couldn't relax unless he was certain that everyone was safe, fed, and had their water. He couldn't stand the idea of sitting idly by, enjoying the luxuries of being a high rank while the mid and lower ranks waited to be able to eat or drink. After all, this was a world where death and sickness was lying just around the corner in wait. The pack was weak and small as it was; Cronos wasn't going to be the cause of any more deaths if he could help it. He grimaced slightly upon thinking of some of the lives he had to take because of his duty to his pack. He shook his head and finished his patrol, finally allowing himself to drink from the stagnant, dirty water.

Diego slowly pulled his large and slender body out of the dank hole he had hidden in. He hated when the planes flew over, in fact, he hated it all. He trotted over to the water supply, and wrinkled his nose at the foulness of it. he took only a few laps, not only because it was so awful, but also to try to make it last longer. "I hope it rains soon, we're bound to need it," he sighed. All hope was lost to him , nothing was safe, not anymore, but he could at least have the certainty of water, if not for a few more nights of not worrying about that. He hated to worry, it made him feel like a pup all over again, but then all again all he had to worry about when he was a pup was if his mother would bring him a nice piece of meat or not. Oh if only to find a rabbit... then my world wouldn't feel so bad. He thought dully. He meant it too, no time for joking.

Killer steps out looking at the sky “ come on my friends! A little Rain is the perfect opportunity for a kill!” He Says happily with a wagging tail, Aziz was right by Killer laughing softly when her brother spoke however her mind was somewhere else and her eyes was set on Cronos who seemed to look worried for some reason and that worried her.
For some reason recently she’s been feeling attached to Cronos or should she said.. found herself feeling something... warm towards the male and even killer has seen it and even teases her about it... is something like love truly for her.

Aziz began to walk up to Cronos, with a soft smile on her face as she begins to sit by him. “ what’s wrong my friend? Seems like you’re worrying about something?” She asks in her soft soothing voice as she looks at him already getting a bit lost in his eyes only to look away suddenly feeling her pelt heat up a bit. “ .... you know Killer is will be busy with the alphas today... would you like to hang out for a while? Of course only if you want to.” She says a bit shyly which was rare for the usual outgoing dog she was. Rubinaito

Killer walks up to bullet “ my lord. What now? Do we go find some food or perhaps find a resting place. I could smell other dogs nearby... though they won’t be a problem with us. My lord” he says with a slight bow and a dark smile on his face. His tail was even wagging a bit at the excitement of what’s to come or to what he thinks is coming

Dusk crept out from under a small opening created by the fall of stones, some of it giving in as she wriggled out.She looked at the water longingly, but was afraid if she went to close, the other thirsty dogs would drive her away. The small black dog shook some dust from her fur,but knew it was no good. She could never truly be clean living in a place like this. She walked around the outskirts of the pack dogs, glancing again at the water. She took a deep breath and crept to it,staying low to the ground and hoping not to be noticed. When she reached the water, she lapped up a few thirsty gulps and backed away, turning around and sitting in the back of camp.'If only I hadn't went hunting without her, then I wouldn't have to rely on these dogs for survival, even if I only get the scraps.' she thought, watching the dogs around her.

Bullet's attention was drawn away from the hiding spots the moment his gaze rested on his friends ebony fur. The fae was his companion since a few months ago and somehow, the brute had come to favor her. Enough of that, his gaze settled on Diego first. The first canine to meet him to the small pool of water before he looked at Isla, who happened to repeat what Diego just said. "Agreed," he replied curtly, his gaze shifting to another canine now. This time, it was his Zeta, Killer. Despite the dog's age, he acted maturely enough and seemed loyal enough that he earned his rank young. Now, Bullet simply hoped the power wouldn't go to his head, he had no problem putting the dog back into place. Killer didn't have much power other than training the warriors well and leading the pack into war if need be. Hopefully that day never came. My lord. The nickname rang in his head for a moment before he gave himself a hardy shake. That was one of the few names the brute had gotten adjusted to since becoming an alpha. He could care less for the nicknames and gave up trying to convince his pack to call him Bullet. Whatever they called him, was up to them. "The planes mark that we need to find a new home. Maybe not so far this time. So we shall do that. However, Isla, you will have to take the hunters and find food, we're in need of it," he spoke rather monotone as his gaze shifted between the dogs, before his dome shifted towards the canines still appearing.

Marie (http://echowcorp.weebly.com/marie.html)rose from her hiding spot the moment she heard Bullet's call. Her long, ebony fur was dirtied from the rubble she found shelter in. Slowly, she padded up beside her brotherly figure. When she grew closer, she realized he was talking to Killer and averted her path to a few feet away from him. She stood by the puddle, lapping at the water just as most of the other dogs had before sitting herself down and staring at her reflection. She knew Bullet was going to send her to find a new place to live, being the only scout right now, she was in charge of all that. So Marie took her rest while she could, listening, waiting, just absorbing her surroundings.
The one thing she did notice was the omega coming a taking a few gulps of water before rushing away. Now, Marie did have some care left in her heart so she gave a few low barks in Dusk's direction hoping to catch her attention. Assuming she did, the flat-coated retriever beckoned the omega back towards the puddle. Here was the catch to all this. Marie was one of the few who could get away with this act. She was Bullet's closest friend and she knew she wouldn't get in trouble. The pack knew for that matter.

Mistake shakily stepped towards the dirty puddle, lapping at the water despite the pain it caused her torn at muzzle. She glanced around worriedly wondering where Storm was before catching a whiff of the young hunter. Only a few moments after she smelled her son, he appeared from behind some wreckage, carefully making his way around debris with what looked like a possum in his jaws.
Storm set the possum down near the pack, growling, "This was all I could find today..." He trailed off, tail wagging slowly. Something strange about Storm was that he never wagged his tail when he was happy; only when he was deep in thought. "I suppose I could try again later, but I'd have to search farther, the prey is starting to deplete in this area..." He was obviously trying to figure out the best course of action, eyes flickering from dog to dog, calculating how much food they'd need o survive, and how much food they'd need to thrive. That was his goal after all; make sure the pack thrives.

Killer nods slowly “ as you wish my lord. One question though...” he says calmly with a rather calm but dark gaze. “ ... would you like for me to go with her? I understand she’s a strong warrior and truly she is when you respect her like that. But just to be sure may I go with them? Just for protection of course nothing more” he says while look at Isla with a rather dark look. “ ..... I know she’s strong and good at what she does. But those dogs worry me and I have much experience in dogs around here.... but Aziz shall stay here along with the rest of the warriors. I’ll need to ensure they won’t be that big of a problem and I don’t want your warriors to get hurt over something that may be small. So if I may... “ he trails off watching his alpha awaiting his answer or order. His eyes however held a dangerous glow as if he was planning something.... something for the other dogs of course.

Dusk looked at the higher ranking dog, standing up and walking foward, looking at Marie as she got closer. Many dogs had done traps like this, acting nice and then snapping at her,so she took caution. When she got there, she paused, not yet taking a drink."Is there anything I need to do first?" She asked cautiously, knowing this was against the alpha's rules. There had to be a catch to pay for second drinks.

Cronos rested his gaze on Aziz as she appeared, although his attention was mostly focused on Bullet's words. Having to move locations again... his frown deepened slightly. Cronos looked back at Aziz and it hit him that she was coming over to him. He straightened his slumped forward shoulders and tried for a small smile. "Aziz." He greeted her with a slight wag of his tail. Once she asked him why he appeared to be worried, his smile dissolved and he allowed his tail to droop. "I'm just thinking." He said, choosing his words carefully. He didn't want to concern her, after all. He blinked, vaguely concerned as she stared at him for a little bit before finally looking away. He widened his eyes in surprise as she asked to, in her words, 'hang out'. "It would be my pleasure." He responded, his tail lifting back up again and his smile returning. He didn't understand the pitter-patter his heart was making, his heartbeat so loud that Aziz must have been able to hear it. He dipped his head down to the water to take a small mouthful of the stagnant puddle, his muzzle feeling oddly warm in response to speaking with Aziz. He liked his nose and looked up and over the large puddle towards a dark alleyway between Teo crumbling buildings. Something about the space unnerved him slightly, and he frowned before pushing away the feeling in favor of spending time with Aziz. He turned to look over at her and smiled again. "Would you join me for a walk around the territory?" He asked, the large German Shepherd tilting his head to look curiously at Aziz with a hopeful look in his lovely brown eyes.

Sorry for the late reply!

Isla quickly dipped her head, ``Of course Bullet, I'll quickly gather the hunters.`` and she quickly headed off. Isla quickly barked out the names of the hunters, ``Celeri! Storm!`` She called out. Although there wasn't much hunters, Isla knew they were one of the best hunting dogs out of everybody. ``Hurry up! Bullet needs us hunting!`` she sat down and waited, her tail swishing the leaves anxiously and impatiently. I hope there would be enough prey. she thought privately, the planes might have scared everything away!

She nods slowly at the response to her first question however she wasn’t listening that much to his words and was more paying attention to his voice a bit noticing his tone a bit on as if he had to choose the words but she let it slide for now, her tail wagging happily when he agreed to hang out with her. Which made her more happy than even she believed. She moves down a bit licking up some of the water from the puddle as well before looking back at him laughing softly when the dog tilted his head and spoke once again in a voice she found herself loving for some reason. “ I did say we can hang out so of course it’s a yes!” She says happily as she begins to stand up and walk by him teasingly moved her tail under his chin was he walked by “ come on loyal beta. Aren’t we supposed to walking?” She says playfully however inside her heart was beating so fast she can’t believe it hasn’t jumped out of her chest by now.

Isla saw Storm padding towards her, ``Where's Celeri?`` Isla asked, her tail still swishing impatiently. Isla didn't know whether to wait for Celeri or just head off because they really needed food more than anything! ``I guess we can just head off, Celeri will know where we are.`` She told Storm and got up, ``Let's go.``

Archie creeped from the shadows as Bullet confirmed the planes were gone. His russet fur stood out among the ranks, unfortunately. He wasn't the best at hiding, but he sure could run. The blood of many generations of hunting dogs ran through his veins. All hunting dogs were meant to hunt, jump, swim, dig, you name it. Archie could swim, jump, and run like nobody's buisiness. Archie shook out his pelt, dog tag jingling against his collar. He had been owned by a kind man before who took him duck-hunting. He was an old soul, gray hair and a beard. Archie loved him dearly, and his sister as well. His sister, Ginger, grew rabid and angry. She bit the man and attempted to bite Archie. The man shot Ginger, and many many days later, he passed. It was a gruesome death for both sides. Archie had no choice but to leave his beloved hunter. Then, Archie found the Pack. Archie worked his way to the top, and found himself content with being the Delta, the messanger. It meant he could run, he could leap, he could swim, he could do anything! Archie was in the present now, however. Ranks did matter, but not when the planes came. Every dog was helping each other, High Ranks helping Low Ranks. Archie had merely pressed himself against a building, the shadows muffling his bright, obvious fur. He wasn't too afraid of the planes, but perhaps that was because he had seen many on his farms. The bombs they occasionally dropped? Now that was another story. Archie sat down in the light, watching the pack complain about the desolate land and wonder about what to do next.

His ears flicked up and he stared at Aziz for a moment before he opened his mouth and coughed. "Ah.. well..." He trotted forward, biting down on the inside of his cheek. His heart pounded against his chest in a steady, fast-paced beat. He hesitated, looking back at Aziz to ensure she was close behind. The German Shepherd felt a tangy, salty taste rise up in his mouth and with a start he realized he had drawn blood by trying to keep his mouth closed. He ran his tongue nervously over the spot, trying his best to continue keeping up his formal, silent façade. What's wrong with me? The typically stoic dog thought, grimacing. Aziz was making him look weak and strangely enough he didn't mind once they were far enough away from the pack. He looked over his shoulder and a sudden, playful urge surged up in him and he tackled Aziz to the ground, pinning her to the ground with a shimmering look of happiness and an odd, tender gaze of an affection. "You know, I don't appreciate looking like a love-struck fool in front of he others." He chuckled good-naturedly, smiling down at her. Cronos dipped his head down, and in an act completely alien to the stoic, stern, emotionless dog he licked her nose gently, his eyes sparkling.

Dark brown eyes scored the whole camp, seated in the shade was the owner of these eyes. Her tongue lolling out between her crooked teeth and her body rested agasint one of the oldest trees around. It's leaves almost gone for all of the radiation and the scorching heat of the sun, despite the lacking amount of shade it offered it was her favorite place to escape everyone. Peach was a greyhound with stalky fur that was helpful in keeping her cooler than most dogs during the day, it kept her moving and able bodied, and the fact her limbs where small and didn't take much to cool off. Yet when the tempatures dropped during the night she struggled with keeping herself warm. It was a curse and a blessing at different times of the day and night. The skinny almost starved dog leaned over and rasped her pink tongue over her cracked pads, which stung horribly but she wouldn't risk an infection. Not here. Without the ability of being mobile you where basically a sitting duck surrounded by all sorts of threats... A target the runt and/or weakling. Peach was detirmined not to become what she feared. Weak. As everyone fled the sound of oncoming planes she hadn't had time to reach the shelter but dug herself into an old burrow and was able to wait it out. She had reluctantly dragged herself into view and was now watching the camp which she often did, once everyone was content she would than move in and refresh herself on the stale puddle. As she trotted down from the slight incline she found herself seated at the edge of the puddle, she was tempted to just dip each paw in and relieve herself of the constant stinging of her paws. Than she spotted archie, the delta. Not only did she spot the rank delta but also the healer who stood just next to bullet. She snorted and continued to lick at the stale water, trying hard to keep the water down and not spit it back up

[ Delta is... Uh.. Yeah ]

Delta was seated on the far side of camp, he merely watched the dogs scuttle around and the omegas struggle. It made his fur crawl as he saw some of the dogs being treated like they where dirt. Delta stiffened at the idea. Once the puddle cleared the older dog raised himself up and trotted across the clearing, risking being caught by the sun as he cranned his neck and began to lap at the stale water. Looking away only to sneeze for a moment until returning to lap at the water. As he drank only a quarter of his fill, across the water delta could see bullet speaking to various dogs. He raised his head and released a heavy huff. Do they have no sense of self serving? he thought scraping the hard dirt beneath his paws. skirting the edge of the puddle delta made his way over to bullet. Delta wasn't usually aggressive but the heat on his curled fur was making his temper rise just like his tempature and soon enough he wasn't going to have any patience for anybody. Snapping at the others and getting bullet to rest would make him content enough to settle himself down and get some of his work completed. He caught bullets eye as he padded up to the large group. With a gruff bark he somewhat rudely made space for himself and glared at the other dogs with his dark brown eyes. "Bullet. We need to talk" he said looking over his shoulder at bullet throguh strained eyes. Bullets vest frustrated the healer to a point where he would openly express his concerns, heatstroke was easily caught here and he was exactly willing to let that happen to the alpha. Archie closed his eyes for a moment, ignoring the dryness in his mouth. He let himself become one with his surroundings. The slight breeze ruffled his fur, and the distance cry of a bird made his ears twitch. The searing sun made him uncomfortably warm, so Archie opened his blue eyes. It was just then he saw Peach, the lead scout, trot towards a puddle. Despite her graceful body, Archie could see that her gait was off, almost as if she was in pain. Frowning, Archie watched her closely. She stared longingly at the puddle, but her gaze snapped up and met his. Startled, Archie looked away. Then, he heard a snort. Rolling his eyes, Archie looked back at Peach. She was now drinking the water, despite the disgusting taste. Archie took this as a chance to talk. He got up and padded over to his packmate. "Hey there," he greeted before he got close. When Archie was near, he sat down and gave her a warm smile. "How are you?" Archie examined the grey female. Despite her rugged look, Archie could see that Peach was undeniably tired. Archie knew Peach was too headstrong to admit that, however. As a leader, you had to keep your weaknesses quiet. Archie frowned, but he maintained eye contact.

Not stopping to drink from the stale puddle peach looked up at Archie who, in a friendly matter had trotted over to speak. Which was peaches least favorite thing to do. Once she had somewhat quenched the undying thirst she raised her head and looked at Archie. As she studied him many things flew through his mind which made her slightly uncomfortable, he looked strong for his size, his shoulders that jutted out shaping his peak athletic condition, but not only that but he was bigger than her. Not taller. Just bigger. Sure she was supposed to trust her pack mates with her life but somthing inside her, the coward inside her told her not to trust anybody about anything. Her tail slightly curled when he spoke and her eyes scored him down, looking at faint scars and how his body was shaped. Than her eyes trailed back to his face, "Archie" she simply replied looking him over a second time watching his body language like it was a posionous snake. Than, once she was sure of herself, she relaxed a bit and sat back. "Better than most" she said with the most neutral expression possible. "And you?" if she was able to keep the conversation to simple answers and stop any flirting from going on she was happy. Archie was known for his flirting skills and it made her want to avoid him. The whippet turned in the direction his name was called. He trotted quickly over to Isla, his thin tail lashing quickly. "Okay." He simply replied, glancing in the direction of Storm, the other hunting dog. Celeri winced for a moment. Being the breed of dog he was, he wasn't exactly the biggest... but he was quite exceptional at hunting rabbits and other small, swift creatures. Hopefully, between the three of these dogs, they could bring home a quarry of prey. A part of him foolishly hoped they could catch something large, like a deer, though he also doubted it. Although he wished he didn't. Or that he was a bigger dog, for that matter. His nifty paws scraped the ground in anticipation. He couldn't wait to start hunting. When he had the thrill of hunting, all his worries faded.

Archie nearly cringed at her searing gaze. She was examining his bulky, retriever figure as if he were there to fight. His build was almost the exact opposite of her own purebred, lithe body. Her tail was short, her face was narrow and pointed, her ears were closer together, and she had long, long legs. She was slightly taller than him as well. Peach's gaze nearly looked like a glare. His long tail stopped wagging, and his smiling pant turned into a frown. He was alert. If Peach was going to look him up and down like he was an enemy, he should probably watch his back around her. He met her gaze and nearly sighed with sheer tiredness. He had never really flirted with Peach, nor had he thought about flirting today. Today, for him, was a no flirting day. He just wasn't up to it. Archie sucked in a startled breath as Peach spoke up. She looked him up and down once more before relaxing. "Fine," he replied, his smile returning. "Better now that I'm near you." He froze. The words were out before Archie could stop them. Coughing awkwardly, Archie looked away. How could he even explain that? Squeezing his blue hues shut, Archie sighed. "I'm sorry," he whined. "It slipped. Let's just have a normal conversation, starting... now!"

``Come on!`` Isla barked at Storm and Celeri and started to pad off. As she was walking, her nose was sticking up in the air and she sniffed for prey, suddenly a smell hit her nose and she quickly stopped, signaling the others to stop to, ``I smell rabbit.`` She whispered quietly, ``Anybody volunteering to catch it? Celeri? Storm?`` She whipped her head around to look at Storm and Celeri. If none of them wanted to catch it, then she will!

Pine watched as the hunting dogs walked off through the bushes. He sat down, his tail curled around his paws and he watched as the other dogs came out of their hiding spots, talking to each other or going to chat with the alpha, Bullet. He didn't quit want to talk to anybody because he felt like he would be awkward and other dogs would judge him. At least he wasn't a omega though so that was good.

Thick lashes fluttered across the fae’s golden pools, short wisps of air simply floating out from her parted lips. The grace of her gait, the almost oiled smoothness to those delicate appendages, the stuppleness of her dainty paws, all suggested that the female was at peace with her physique. Angled neck, chiselled features, and lolling silver tresses. A pale beauty, young and in the flesh. Such a shame that her serene nature would go to waste. Yet, her grace and femininity would not be given up, not until she gave her last, dying breath. Ophelia had sworn that to herself; a lady always had to prove herself anyhow. She didn’t have to stride for too long, soon finding herself nearer the centre of the shelter. Dust and grime threatened to clamber onto her alabaster pelage, but Lady Ophelia was having none of it. Her fragile build was soon to ensconce itself upon the ground, collecting up whatever debris was left underneath her bodice. She would be able to deal with that later, however. The youth’s mind was currently too busy thinking of other thing, daydreaming being a frequent activity that the Borzoi had grown rather fond of. Velveteen aids twitched ever-so-slightly, whilst multifaceted hues grew tired and dull-looking; her eyelids helplessly shutting for moments on end. She wasn’t tired: it was just her mind telling her that she wanted to think more, about what the future held for her, better situations maybe; whatever it was, the graceful creature was swaying to a more distant land, one where she could be free to live the life she is her she had.

ahh what’s a good color for Aziz? XD)
Her eyes widened but her tail wagged happily when he said those words.. those very words that set her heart onto overdrive. She smiles happily “ really?! Oh... I love you too” she says happily filled with love and warmth as she nuzzles her head against her neck. “ what are you doing to me..” she saw happily as her tail wags so fast it was kinda hard to see it now. Than this happiness soon came to a end when a loud bark, almost growl was heard. “ AZIZ! “ it was killer, he felt something was off and knew it may have been rude to just walk away from the alpha but he had to. He won’t let a mutt ruin her sisters chances of breeding powerful pups. Aziz immediately turns her head, her ears now pinned to her head as she looks almost scared but still she spoke in a forced kind voice “ yes brother?” Killer eyes glowed dangerously “ come here” he demands this time aziz spoke back “ but brother please-“ she stands up but her begs fell on deaf ears as he snaps his jaws barking “ NOW!” He growls loudly making Aziz flinch a bit because of it “ ... yes brother...” she says quietly as she quickly walks up to her brother only to stop for a bit looking at Cronos with sad eyes before heading off. Killer looks at Cronos, “ I know you mean well. I know you think you have feelings for her but you don’t. Bullet does and she will become his. You’re a mutt on second place. She deserves better than you, she doesn’t need a dog that can bark big or act cool. She needs a leader. Not a second place mutt. Don’t confuse her again.” He Says coldly as he begins to turn around.

"I guess I could do it." Celeri offered in a low tone, although he was fine if Storm or even Isla wanted to go after it. He thought for a moment. "Wait, so rabbits kind of live in warrens right...?" He trailed off, kind of tucking his body into a crouch. "What if we sc-" He made a grimace. "Nevermind. It's a stupid idea." He dismissed. Knowing how it was his idea, it probably wouldn't work anyways, and they would just loose the rabbit.

ahh what’s a good color for Aziz?

Cronos watched the exchange briefly before he finally decided to do something he had never done before. "I'm not sure that I like your tone, Killer." He said, his tone ice cold in nature, his eyes darkening with thinly veiled anger. He walked up to him, the massive dog towering over him and growling lowly from deep within his chest. "Firstly, Bullet has not expressed any interest in Aziz romantically. You've become delusional with the thought that Aziz could bear pups with the Alpha, and thusly ceased remembering that she holds her own opinion." He began circling Killer, holding his head high and his growl deepening as he continued. "Secondly, I would like to remind you that I am the Beta. Not you, my dear Killer. No, you're a Zeta, two ranks below me. And I'm not quite sure that you deserve the title- your emotions are clouding your judgement. Thirdly, your sister is a wolf with free will. You do not have any authority over her decisions." He leaned in closer, his eyes glinting. "You would do well to remember that, Zeta." He finished softly, before pulling back and walking after Aziz without looking back at Killer, trying to calm his raging anger. Things had been going so well... in fact, he once thought of Killer as a good friend. But now he was nothing more that a stranger to him, hardly worth the effort anymore. He caught up to Aziz quickly, and looked at her with a gentle, tender, loving glance. "Would you like to continue our walk?" He asked softly, lowering his head.

``Go ahead.`` Isla turned to Celeri, ``Of course rabbits live in warrens. And holes underground.`` The last part Isla just murmured to herself in a little confused voice. As Celeri was about to say something, Isla was barely listening, her ears perked and her eyes gazed up at the sky, ``Huh? What's a idea?`` She said distractedly, she wanted to make sure the planes weren't gonna come back and she was also just looking to see if birds were flying up there just to be sure not all the prey is gone. Surprisingly some of prey seemed to be out of their ditch and warrens and nests.

Just you wait, this so called peace will fade and Aziz shall be the one who breaks it” He says loudly, darkly and almost crazy as he walks off back to the alpha.
Aziz jumps a bit hearing Cronos, her eyes were wide and fear could be smelled on her “ What are you doing? He will see us-“ she wanted to continue but her mind when blank when he gave her that little glance. So she just drops it for now and nuzzles her head against her neck almost longing and a bit desperate. “ I’m sorry you had to see that... my brother... he’s sick. Please forgive him. The canine exhaled softly. "Whenever a rabbit runs, they run to their warrens usually... So, if we follow it after scaring it, it should lead us to its warren. And then we can catch as many as we can...?" He proposed, scraping the ground with his quite sharp claws in anticipation. He doubted that the female would accept the proposal, since it probably wasn't true anyways. He glanced at the sky. Hopefully... if this failed, all the prey wouldn't be gone.

Isla turned her gaze on Celeri, ``Actually, that's not a bad idea, but we don't know if the rabbit will head straight for the warren, it'll probably just keep running until our energy is drained out but who knows? It might work so I'm counting on you to know what you're doing.`` She said sternly with a hint of unsureness in her voice. She just hopes it'll work and they can bring back prey to the others.

Blackhawk looked back and forth before sticking his head out of the crumbed shelter of the pack. He hurriedly drank from the puddle getting as much as he could before the male stepped back in his quiet spot to observe the packs day. The Hunters just went out and many dogs were sitting under the blazing sun. Their going to get heatstroke sitting there, they should be under some shade at least. The young male thought. Looking around again he saw Killer begin to grow at Cronos with Killers sister, Aziz near the German Shepherd. He could tell that both Cronos and Aziz love each other but Killer wanted Aziz to be with the Alpha not that he could force Bullet to love someone. Blackhawk stood before moving closer to his friend and sat down beside the Male seeing Aziz intimate with Cronos again ignoring her brothers order. " Killer," The Black German Shepherd growled lowly. "When are we going to... huh you know. What you said to me makes sense, and I'm in with whatever you wish to do." He growled lowly again looking at Killer seriously.

Let's just have a normal conversation, starting... now!"

Peach offered a slight huff, that makes one of us. She curled her slender tail around her slender legs. The conversation was going quite well in her eyes- and than suddenly peaches hackles raised at his comment and she stood up faster than anything you've ever seen, a smoothe growl rolled off her tongue like it was a normalcy for her. Her lips moved back over her white gums which meant she was very dehydrated, revealing her crooked and long k-9 teeth embedded in them. That comment made her blood boil beneath her fur and all of a sudden she didn't wanna talk to Archie anymore. "Listen here, Archie" she spat angrily her tail curling in disgust. "I'm not here to make friends... And certainly not like you!!" she snarled. She crouched slightly as if she were about to leap right onto him and tear right at his throat. When he tried to explain himself it only made her more irate. "I'm not sure what game your trying to play, but I'm not like the other dogs! I won't waste my time with simple pleasures or waste my breath!!" she growled, pacing in a quick circle her paranoia gripping her. She than looked over her shoulder and paused. With an agrovated huff she turned and faced him her ears pressed to the back of her head, "I'm sorry. But I don't have time for that" replied the head scout. She looked genuinely sorry but her harsh expression soon returned

Killer flicked his ear “ silence. I will say when we’re ready. That alpha... he’s gone soft and with this. It only causes more problems. “ he laughs darkly “ a alpha who speak about tales about a true home a home where we’re all safe.” He growls “ it pisses me off. We’re strong enough to take over this place as alphas... “ he says coldly as he looks at Blacknight “ you will stand aside for now. But I do have a task for you... find a weakness to Cronos and tell me as soon as you find out. He’s in our way... I’ll deal with my sister.” He says calmly “ is this understood?” He asks coldly as he looks at the shepherd

He looked at her and spotted a wildflower growing put of a crack in the concrete, bending down and gently nipping at it at the base, picking it up and tucking it behind Aziz's left ear, his gaze one of adoration for the girl before him. He gently pressed his nose to hers in a tender gesture of affection, his earring jangling as he flattened his ears back. "I love you, Darling. You know that, right?" He murmured softly, placing his head over hers.

Archie flinched back, tail tucking between his legs swiftly. He had not expected such a reaction from Peach, nor had he expected the stinging pain of her insults. Archie looked around as if searching, quite literally, for words. Ar last, his blue hues looked up into her own fierce, brown ones. For a moment, but only a moment, Peach's gaze flashed something other than anger and disgust. Archie slowly rose to his paws, regret evident on his face. "Yes, it's true I'm not the best dog. I'm a liar, a trickster, a hopeless flirt, but I swear I'm trying to change," he breathed. "I didn't mean to upset you, I just.." Trailing off, Archie looked away, ashamed of his past actions. He had shamelessly flirted with many of his packmates, but only recently had he realized how wrong it was. Archie could only assume it was come kind of defense mechanism to keep his true feelings tucked away. He had also realized his sister would have never let him speak like such a smooth talker. He may as well be an Omega. "I just wanted to make a friend," he finished with a distraught growl. For a moment, he looked desperate and longing for just a mere talk, but he brushed it off. Some packmates liked to take advantage of weaknesses. "Give me another chance," Archie sighed. "Please?"

Aziz nods as she listens to him and each word he said which .. made her heart hurt. she knew killer better than anyone and hearing her love speaking about him in a sad broken voice hurt her a lot. He was tricked, they all were. what they saw, what they came to trust was a lie. It always was a lie from the very start. She knew it ... yet she also knows there is nothing she can do about it. She looks away a bit only to feel Cronos put a flower on her left ear and with it all her worries and dark thoughts faded as she looks at him with warm, loving eyes clouding over .. fear and worry. " Yes, I will always know it my love.. but do you know my love for you? I love you Cronos more than anything in this world... Archie winced in dismay. It seemed as if Peach wouldn't let him try again. Expecting her to walk away, Archie looked away. However, she didn't. She just sat there. Surprised, Archie met her gaze. Unlike the fierceness he saw before, a sort of sympathy shone in her eyes. She gave a small nod. His tail stuck up and began to wag. That was his second chance! Don't push it, he reminded himself. Archie stood at her words. Without a word, Archie followed, frowning with slight concern at her gait. It was rushed and painful. A spot of blood in her tracks here and there made his heart leap with alarm. It was merely cracked paws, however. As they slowed to a stop, Archie listened to her appeal. "I can tell," he joked, trying to lighten the mood a tad. His smile turned back into a frown as he felt the atmosphere grow serious once again. "I haven't been in my right mind since this whole apocolypse happened," he confessed. "When my sister and my owner died, something in me switched. I was afraid." Refusing to talk about himself any longer, Archie swallowed and looked away. Talking about himself made him uncomfortable. He felt like he could be used and manipulated. He felt.. vunerable. Archie decided to change the subject, trying to get away from his thoughts. "I've noticed something, now excuse me if this is out of line, but your paws," he began. "Are they okay? Do you think you may need to see a healer?"

She silently listened to Archie nodding occasionally. She didn't know much about Archie and his past but she knew he was owned before like many of the dogs here, and his sister was gone. However it happened she still knew it affected him greatly til this day. Not only where the ones he loved gone but this whole bombing thing was still going on and hadn't ended. Nor did she think it would end anytime soon. It was truthfully freaking even her out to some extent, but you wouldn't know it unless you knew how to read her body signs and language. With a quick huff she looked over her should at him, the sympathy gone but replaced by a neutral expression. "everyone has experienced loss in their own ways. You are fine she simply said not looking at him. Than after a few seconds when he mentioned her cracked pads she turned around to face him. Her expression wasn't in the lightest bit of surprise or anger. Just. Neutral. "I'm fine. They are only dry and I think it will be fine" she said dismissively

"I mean, I could keep a steady pace after it, and if it doesn't get close to a warren, I could put on a burst of speed I guess... But anyone else could also do it." He added with a shrug, sniffing the air to locate the ladies xari J of the rabbit. First, before they could do this, they did have to find the rabbit. But that would come after discussing a hunting plan.

Ears flat against her head and eyes cautiously glancing upwards, Kaia crept out from her shelter. She still wasn't used to all the planes flying overhead. The loud noises and the scattering of debris - it certainly wasn't a life she had pictured herself living. Regardless, the husky gave a good shake to her fur to dislodge the dust that had made its home in her bushy pelt. Her eyes adjusting quickly, their golden hues focused on the gathering pack by the large water puddle. Bullet was at the head, speaking to Isla and Diego, while Marie lay by the edge speaking to one of the Omega's. After a quick sniff of the air, Kaia detected that there had been no injuries this time around and quickly a rush of relief filled her veins.

Kaia trotted towards where the majority of the pack was huddled. She paused outside the water puddle, gazing down at her own reflection in the water. Her coat was dirty, and a streak of mud was evident on her right cheek. Her eyes were tired, heavy with the weight of the journey so far, and her fur was a bit matted at the top of her head. A low, quiet whine came from her lips, but she didn't dwell on it too long. Instead, she bent down to lap up a drink, her nose wrinkling at the pungent smell wafting from the muddy water. After a couple moments Kaia lifted her head, taking this rare free moment to herself to glance around and survey the pack.

Everything seemed to be peaceful, with no visible threats around them. For once, tensions weren't as high. There were no approaching plane sounds, no growling from enemy packs. Though her body was still on alert - as it had been since she joined Bullet's pack - a part of her was able to relax just a bit. The russet colored husky swung her head around in Bullet's direction, watching the alpha quietly. She always wondered what was going through the german shepherd's head. He was not one to reveal really anything about himself, or what had led him to create this pack, but Kaia was certain there was depth to that story. After all, he reminded her a bit of herself; strong willed, yet to the point and not one for small talk. It was only dogs like that who had a past they preferred to not share. Since she had joined, no one had really asked her about where she had come from, or about Julo or Amber, and with each passing day she grew more grateful that her past could remain just that - her past.

Bullet was about to respond to Killer when he was interrupted by a gruff bark from behind him. Bullet turned his dome to see the healer, Clance, before he turned back to see Killer walking away from him. Not caring too much as to what the Zeta was up to, the black Shepherd turn his body to face the healer. Saliva dripped from his tongue, that hung out of his mouth now panting from the heat of the afternoon. "Yes?" he responded

Marie shook her head towards Dusk in response. "No, nothing. You seemed thirsty is all. I figured you'd like more than a few laps. Take advantage," she replied. Her brown hues were rather friendly for once, normally they held a cold reflection towards most of her pack mates. The only exception seemed to be Bullet. "What Bullet doesn't know, won't kill him. Besides, he's too busy with the pack to bother with you," she tried to encourage, gesturing towards the water again.

[ Christmas is a busy season! Take your time c: ]

Content that bullet had dropped the others and followed him he trotted confidently next to bullet into the shade of a rock formation that hung precariously above the dogs heads at all times. A crowded spot on most days with the exception of today for some odd reason. “I know your doing the best you can at serving everyone else” clance said raising his head so he stood a few inches above bullet. “But you seem to be loosening a pawhold on your own health” he commented sourly. If anybody knew anything about heatstroke it was clance, his curly fur couldn’t trap humidity and it was basically impossible to not wanna claw his own pelt right off. Yet someone he couldn’t imagine was bulletproof, and that human manufactured vest that he wore. He swalowed hard just thinking about the constant itching and rubbing against his skin. “As we are coming out of the rainy season and the land is starting to perish in the scorching heat, I’m afraid you’ll be struggling with that thing your wearing” he commented, his stubby tail slightly waving as he caught a gentle breeze that stirred a small curl on his forehead. “That vest is trapping heat on your torso, you need to keep your strength up. For the pack” said clance. The healer sat down his hind legs popping from the slight arthritis in his knees. From his young years clance had been worked to the raw bone and his body was oddly more worn than it should’ve been at his age. The dog bent his neck and touched bullets shoulder. “I think it would be a wise choice to trust me on this, it maybe time for us dogs to try and forget our pasts. I truly do enjoy emotionally helping others but when they keep those traumas with them... like pet collars and tags..” said the Airadele terrier as he gave his own chest a few dignified licks. Wisedom shone in the dogs eyes as he looked the alpha over with a warm and respectable gaze, ”Parting with it will be tough. But I think it’s time” he had confronted him about this before but there was backlash and he knew there would be some. But he couldn’t give up. Not for a while yet.

Dusk took a few more more laps before sitting back.Even though the water had a bad taste,it did sooth thirst. This was probably the longest drink she had since she joined the pack, and the first time her throat wasn't burning with thirst."Thank you Marie." She said, dipping her head and walking back to where she had been sitting and listening to the alpha.

Archie swallowed thickly as Peach spoke in the same monotone voice that she had been speaking in since the beginning. It was like she didn’t even care! But she had to care, right? Everyone has sympathy for everyone, right? Archie looked up from the ground he was staring at. Peach had turned around at his recent words. She dismissed the wounds that were making her limp and bleed. Archie didn’t want to push her to the limit and make her angry, but her health should be her concern as well as being a leader. “I saw a bit of blood in your paw prints a while back,” he murmured. “They must hurt. You don’t have to brush it off like it’s nothing.” Archie gazed at Peach for a moment before looking away. He wrapped his tail around his paws and waited for a reply.

(Hope you don't mind I had Kaia come over! c: )

With everything so peaceful, a rare fleeting moment of clarity for the pack, Kaia let her mind wander. Thoughts drifted to her past, of Julo, and how much he would've loved to be apart of something like this. He had been wild, a free spirit, when she met him. Always wanting to feel the wind in his fur and open grass underneath his paws. Running up and down until his aching muscles caught up with him, and he was forced to return to her side and share the night with her. A dull stone seemed to lodge itself in the bottom of her heart, sinking it lower as she continued to remember her lost love. It had been a couple years, but Kaia still felt as though the snipers had only just come out yesterday, snatching away the only other connection she'd had aside from her previous owner.

Kaia was not one to let her emotions get the best of her. Without a second thought or hesitation, she suppressed the memories once more and let her gaze flutter across the open grounds. She knew Bullet would want to be on the move soon, after the scouts came back and reported what open territory there might be ahead of them. Giving a good shake of her fur to make sure once again no dirt clung to it - though on these dusty grounds it was next to impossible - before trotting over towards a familiar face. Despite the packs' structure, she was impartial to the rankings. Having been appointed as one of the pack's three healers, she knew it was in her duty to ensure the safety of every member included.

Catching sight of Lady Ophelia, the tiniest of smiles appeared on Kaia's face. She quite admired the elegant Borzoi, and her ability to maintain her feminine nature. She had once been beautiful and young and innocent, and the young subordinate often reminded the Husky of herself. "Ophelia," she barked in greeting, waving her tail to catch her attention. Kindness reflected in her pale blue eyes as she came to a halt in front of the other canine. "How are you? Hope you did not get too scratched up during the recent plane crossing, yes?" Kaia glanced over the Borzoi's overall appearance; she didn't seem to be in much distress, but the russet furred dog was also checking to make sure that the subordinate was alright mentally as well. After all, she could tell that her past definitely was not anything like her current situation, if her mannerisms were any indicator.

Isla thought for a quick moment, ``Actually, I have a new idea.`` She looked around first, ``We can all split up and catch prey in different directions so it would be easier and maybe faster.`` She pointed out, ``Then we can all meet back here in about... a minutes.`` She barked.

Peach simply laughed in a dry tone. Archie was persistent in a good way, he cared about everyone even if they had already let themselves go. It was kinda amusing, her tail flicked and she continued to pad along the path. Her shoulders gliding beneath her fur as she moved. Each muscle in her leg tending and releasing pressure as she walking ahead of him. “As a leader, I take it onto myself to be strong when nobody else can be” she simply said. And it was true. She had always brought that burden onto her shoulders and made sure she never looked weak or asked for help that wasn’t needed. She paused on the path and looked over her shoulder, studying him carefully for a moment. Than she turned a full pivot and placed her chin on his forehead. She closed her eyes and sighed ”I know you care but they aren’t serious” she reassured him. Her small whisky tail lashing back and fourth through the dry and still air. “Besides. I wouldn’t be walking if they bothered me” she lied. They really did bother her and it stung like the devil to go anywhere but she wouldn’t let him know it. “Thank you though”

Archie perked his floppy ears as Peach chuckled at his concern. I guess a chuckle is a good sign I’m doing something right, even if it lacks a bit of emotion to it, he thought to himself. Archie frowned as she spoke. Archie knew that even if she was a leader of some kind, she had to push down her weaknesses. However, cracked and bleeding pads were something needed to be seen to. You can’t be a leader if you can’t walk. He was snapped back to reality as Peach paused in front of him. Archie’s blue hues widened in surprise as Peach whirled around and placed her head on top of his. Archie felt a craving for attention he hadn’t felt in a while. Since he joined the pack, he had driven all possible friends away from him, just because he was scared, and now he was paying for it. As someone who loves to make friends, Archie was struggling with not being cared for. He felt like he was lower than the Omegas sometimes. Archie’s tail wagged slightly, but he forced it to stop. It was better to keep his emotions inside and hide them, or at least he thought. Archie nearly jumped out of his fur as Peach began to speak again. Archie frowned. He simply did not believe her, but he would humor her. Archie nuzzled Peach and pulled away. “You’re welcome,” he responded with a forced smile. “Do you want to head back? The buildings might offer a bit of shade. It’s getting unbearably hot out here.” That was true, for him at least. His red fur was absorbing the heat, and not to mention his fur was long and kept him warm nearly all the time.

[ haha. Do you think we could have rats attack them maybe when they get to the buildings perhaps? Add some action and drama?? ] Roledolf

Despite Archie’s best efforts to hide his wagging tail peach caught the slightest wag and she smiled before removing her chin. She released a dry sigh and took a step back before sitting down for a moment as panting overtook most of her previously calm breathing. She was exhausted despite not really looking it, it wasn’t exactly the heat that bothered her due to the lacking amounts of fur she had but it was just the uncomfortable sweating feeling she always felt beneath her skin and trickling between her stocky fur. “If your too hot I don’t mind, we can swing by Camp for another drink if you so please?” she asked calmly. Truthfully peach wasn’t too fond of human settlements, they where so eerie and forgotten it made her feel uncomfortable. The feeling of cement and carpet was very odd to her. So off setting she couldn’t stand to be there too long before becoming too uncomfortable that she would have to leave. Even the fact that humans once stood where she was made her feel sick and terrified... To know humans didn’t care about their buildings after some time and abandon them. Peach shivered but looked back up at Archie after a few seconds of intently studying the ground while her mind was lost in other thoughts.

I want to be with you. grow a family with you and become yours as you become mine... I love you and only you " she says in a honey like voice dripping with sweet love only for the dog before her. she presses her nose against his "... I won't let my brother take you away from me... never again" she says mostly to herself. now feeling brave with him at her side. Rubinaito

Cronos stood there blissfully, letting his emotionless facade drop, if only for a moment to savor this small talk they were having, the adoration they both held for each other and the warm sensation tingling in his heart. He pressed his nose to hers before pulling back slightly to gently lick her muzzle. "I suppose this means we're mates now, hm?" He murmured gently, raising his head to look down upon the female he had fallen head over heels for. Cronos was glad for the secrecy the alleyway gave them, hiding his open emotions from the other dogs within the pack. He turned his head slightly to the right, his scarred eye parallel to Aziz as he looked down the alley for a moment before stepping forward hesitantly and looking back at Aziz. "Shall we continue our walk, Darling?" He asked, his voice uncharacteristically soft and warm as he uttered the question, his brown eyes shimmering happily. A gentle breeze blew through the alleyway, ruffling Cronos' fur and sending a pleasant shiver down his spine at the welcome presence of the cool air. His eyes flicked up to the sky briefly, hoping that it was a sign that rain was soon to come, but he didn't spot a cloud in the eggshell-blue sky. He sighed and pushed away the thought of rain and looked back at his darling mate, smiling and waiting for her response patiently. How could an angel like you fall for a demon like me...?

She laughs softly “ yes we are... and I love it.” She says happily with a wagging tail. As he just looks at him for a bit licking his cheek gently “ I would love to. But should we tell the alpha about this or keep it a secret until I have pups?” She says playfully while rubbing her head against his neck. Her tail slowly wagging happily touching his tail a bit as she rubbed her soft pelt against his. “ I love you Cronos. I love you more than the stars above and the moon that calls me every night.” She says softly and warmly as she nuzzles her nose against his cheek. “ I love you more than anything and will continue loving you. Even if the stars want me they won’t have me in until I know you’re with me. My love” she says lovingly as she continues nuzzling her head against her neck “ also yes in that walk” she says playfully as she looks at him with her dazzling, beautiful yet warm eyes only for him and him alone.

Dust lingered by the sides of the lanky Borzoi, and although she was fully aware of it, she could not find the will to clear her pelt of the unwanted substance. Her kinked fur had been plenty dishevelled already, and the pretty jewels that had once been worn around her neck had been robbed of her very quickly. Almost as soon as she had left from her mansion of a home, a few dirtied boys had simply unwrapped the jewellery from around her neck, without a second to ponder over their actions. The female had barely understood what the point was, and gladly stood there, unknowing of their true intent. Perhaps she was a little less civilised than the rest of the canines here, but she was aware of certain things. Growing up in luxury and glam may have lead her into believing in different things, but she still knew what being a dog was like, and the lanky female would certainly still treat others fairly; or in a way that she hoped was considered to be equal.

A little sigh broke through her form, eyebrows knitting together as she swept her honey-coloured gaze across the crowd of grime and debris. It was simply awful that the time and age that they had been born in to was so...horrible. Yet, despite it all, they stood strong, especially Bullet. He was a great leader, there was no point even trying to second guess it. In fact, the canine was rather simply a true warrior at heart. He cared for these other canines, and brought himself to make a group to help protect and to just merely aid to them. Ophelia was definitely grateful for him and his stalwart hospitality. If it weren't for the male, then she would most-likely be cowering underneath a few bricks, or lying in a ditch. So, yes, she was glad she ran into one of his scouts, otherwise she would have been dead.

A sudden noise brought Lady Ophelia back to her senses, and she jumped ever-so-slightly. Hues filled with innocence and naivety, the silver beauty turned to face the sound. At the sight of Kaia, the fae's lips curved into a crooked, yet almost unnoticeable smile. Noticing how the other approached her, Ophelia began to rise to her paws, before bowing her head down in greeting. "Kaia, how nice it is to see you." she responded back in her husky tone, swaying her bodice down to lay down once more. She thought of it as basic manners to stand up at the arrival of another canine, and felt as if she were being rude if she did not. Lashes fluttering as wisps of air escaped from her parted lips, the Borzoi spoke once more. "I am rather swell, thank you for asking. I do not believe I got all too wounded...." her words broke off, as the female trailed her eyes across her body, just in case she had missed any injuries. As she brought her hues to her front paw, she came across a small gash just above her paw. "Oh, maybe not. It appears like I have a cut on my leg... It should be fine though." Uttering the string of words with her usual gentle tone, the fae brought her attention to Kaia once again.

Sorry if I hadn't replied!

Isla thought for a quick moment, ``Actually, I have a new idea.`` She looked around first, ``We can all split up and catch prey in different directions so it would be easier and maybe faster.`` She pointed out, ``Then we can all meet back here in about... a minutes.`` She barked.

I don't know if Dogs know minutes so..

As the other canine spoke, Bullet kept himself rather calm. Up until towards the end where he felt his chest start to burn with anger. Physically, nothing gave this away, and he wasn't going to let anything give it away. In fact, the Shepherd simply stared at the Terrier for a long moment. A sigh left his body and he had to drag his brown hues away as memories of his past hit him. There was maybe 3 dogs in this pack that knew of his enhancements. Everyone here knew small bits and pieces of his past, it was simply something he never talked about. However, it was hard to sometimes when his PTSD got the better of him at night or when the bombs hit. The freak outs and sleepless nights brought questions he tended to avoid. It was easier to avoid them than answer. Speaking of answers, it was time for Bullet to answer the healer. He wasn't going to fight it, he was simply going to give an answer to leave the canine satisfied, but unsatisfied all at once. "I'll think about it," he responded with a cool tone before turning his body to start to walk away. He wasn't going to dwell on this topic, he had better things to do. Besides, there was no way Bullet was going to remove his vest. It could die of heat stroke and be content as long as he had that vest on. It meant too much for a reason they'd never understand.

Storm nodded curtly, then bounded off in search of prey

Isla padded off into the bushes, in search of prey. She sniffed the air and caught a scent of a shrew. She immediately crouched down and followed the juicy scent. A shrew came into view, it's back facing her. Isla slowly walked towards and.... leap! She quickly killed the shrew with a swift bite before it can call a alarm.
A few moments later she returned to their spot with her shrew and a fat squirrel in her jaws. She placed down her prey and waited patiently for the others.

(Aghh sorry for the late reply)

Celeri winced for a moment, kind of feeling a little tinge of sadness as the lead hunter dismissed his idea so easily. It wasn't bound to work anyways, He reassured himself as he slunk into a patch of ferns, his jaw slight agape as he scented the air, the same rabbit scent entering his nostrils. As he dipped into a crouch and emerged from the undergrowth, he could see the rodent. The whippet tucked his body lower, before pouncing towards the rodent, landing a bit short. With a singular growl emerging from his throat, he launched himself after the fleeing prey, slapping a paw down at the center of its spine to unbalance it, then he ended it quickly with an expert snap of his jaws.
He was trotting toward where the patrol would meet, when he suddenly caught a near whiff of a weasel, causing him to quicken his pace. A few moments, he was heading backwards the way he came, the two peices of prey having from his jowls.

Isla dipped her head at Celeri as he returned with his bundle of prey, ``It seemed like the idea worked.`` She remarked, ``We're running out of time, I hope Storm returns soon!`` She said worriedly, her tail swishing the ground anxiously and impatiently. She hoped they had enough for everybody, or at least for some of them! She was the leader hunter so it was her duty to return with plenty of prey to feed the others, especially at a bad time like this were bombs and planes are scaring half the forest animal away.

A few moments later, Storm showed up with a dead rabbit, eyes sparkling with excitement. "There's a burrow nearby! I only caught this one, but now that we know where they are we can set up some sort of attack." He wagged his tail thoughtfully, "Like bringing a whole patrol and killing as many as we can... Or maybe we should just track them, so that they have a chance to repopulate and give us more food!" He paused, "Of course, that's your call, you are the Lead hunter."

Clance’s stubby tail dropped as his heightened hope was drowned out by his response. It was different than the norm which was either to completely doubt his claims or downright reject his question. Perhaps it would hurt bullets pride. That moral belief seemed to be obstructing lots of treatment to health related hazards lately. He would appreciate it if someone could just swallow their pride for their own good. The Airadele terrier stiffened up and lowers his head in defeat. ”so that’s a no?” he said jokingly as he looked back up. Clance always had that secret playfulness of a puppy just waiting to come out. And with all the chaos around him the inner charm has been hidden for so long. Hidden and buried by so much pain and hurt. He released a heavy sigh and his ears flicked back as he heard a slight whistling of the wind through dry branches of the dyeing trees just a yard from the camp which they currently resided. “Perhaps you’d like to take a walk with me? I’ve been told there’s a human gardens nearby and I wanna see if they have any onions” said the dog with a smile, sure it was an odd thing to look for or be so hopeful in finding but it had its uses. “Of course I had asked scouts to look for me but they say it’s all abandon like the rest of them, rat food at this point” he said as if disappointed at the fact. “But I have this feeling- they didn’t look like I would look” he claimed with a satisfied smile. The vest was long deserted from negotiation but not out of clances mind completely. Somehow he was going to work it off no matter how hard it was to do so.

Bullet simply shrugged towards the healer at his joking question. However, he never really gave a more clear answer afterwards. As the terrier continued to speak, Bullet halted in his tracks, thinking for a moment. The gardens were a risky area. It wasn't the safest due to the rats and the tendencies the building had to falling. They sorta just crumbled around them so no one dared go inside those ones. The ebony canine turned back to face Clance. "Alright, I'll accompany you. It'd be nice to know how that area is doing anyways," he replied, turning to the direction the gardens were located, but he didn't move. "Just lead the way, I'll follow you. You know what grows in what garden," he commented before gesturing with his dome. Bullet was ready to get away from the pack as well. It'd be nice to just be around one dog again, like how he and Marie were. It was simple then, but now he had dogs relying on him. Sometimes, Bullet questioned why he was even the alpha, he'd be content being a warrior or something like that. He couldn't say that aloud though, it was cause chaos.

Bullets expression remained stone cold and unchanging as he joked around. It made him feel useless the way bullet didn’t play along, like telling a joke that you find absolutely halarious but the crowd is dead silent. That sort of gut dropping feeling. He’d Often like to think he just hadn’t found what kinda of humour bullet enjoyed but he was starting to believe there was none. Nevertheless he would keep up to his high spirits. He looked over his shoulder at the alphas eyes for a good second. One day. Without waiting another moment clance took off, his claws clicking against pebbles as he trotted along picking up the pace to a comfortable walking run. This way he could feel the wind on his fur when there wasn’t any wind left, That or he was almost to eager to find the onions. As the silence progresses Clance became increasingly more aware of how awkward he was being. Not striking up any conversation or even slowing so he could catch up. So the dog began to slow so he was comfortably walking. A brief wisp of rat scent passed through his nostrils and his stubby tail perked in alarm. Yet he didn’t stop to examine he only continued. There was no need to stir up trouble when there wasn’t any to stir up. With the rat out his mind he looked over his shoulder at the alpha, dogs from the pack often confided in his emotional help or guidance and yet he seemed like the only one who refused to open up. “You do know you can talk to me right?” he asked still not looking over at bullet and keeping his gaze deadset ahead. “It’s what I’m here to do. And even if you don’t feel like you can, or don’t wanna talk. Just know I can listen” he said softly still not glancing over at him. From a dusty and dried path they moved into a molting leaf patch which he crunched through without blinking. It bothered him to not know who bullet really was, and he guessed he may be the only one. Other dogs seemed to happily continue their own lives without a moment to think about who lead them. What they needed. Just than a mouse scitteredcout of the dry leaves with a squeak of confusion. Suddenly clance perked up like an excitable puppy and gave chase, though there was a sliver of a chance he would catch it being untrained with most of his knowledge residing with healing. He pounced, and missed, as the mouse scurried away faster than lighting and disappears into the ditch just beside them. With an aggravated huff clance watched it go. He than walked back to the path his eyes still light with amusement. Than we looked cross at bullet and the muse in his eyes faded. “Sorry if that was too rambunctious” he said with embarrassed smile.

Concern filled Kaia's dark blue gaze as she quickly zeroed in on the cut on Ophelia's paw. It didn't look infected yet, and as the husky leaned down to get a better smell, she could tell it was rather fresh. "It doesn't appear to be infected. But better to be safe than sorry," she said, her voice gentle and kind. It was the tone Kaia took when helping injured pack members. The last thing she wanted to do was to cause any more stress to a canine already in pain. Stress could lead to more bleeding, and though Ophelia's gash wasn't large enough to constitute an emergency, the husky always liked to remain on the side of caution.

"This territory is hardly any place for medicine to thrive. A bit disappointing, but I'm sure we could scrounge something up, yes?" Kaia's optimistic words accompanied the hopeful look in her eyes as she offered a friendly smile towards the Borzoi. She glanced around, nose working hard to detect any smell of nearby leaves she could use to at least wrap it for now. Dirt and dust would only deter the healing, and with the pack about to travel to a new territory, she didn't want to risk any type of infection, especially on one's paw. "Ah ha," Kaia barked lowly, getting to her paws quickly and bounding away. She paused near the edge of the water, tail wagging just a bit as her eyes landed on a somewhat scraggly pair of leaves, the tiniest bit of cobwebs entangled at their roots. Being near the water, they weren't as dried up as the others around, so she decided to take advantage of them. Kaia bent down and grasped the stems carefully in her jaws, plucking them from their place in the soil. With them she pulled what she recognized as gumweed, and for a moment she silently thanked her lucky stars for the rare find.

It wouldn't be the best, but at this moment Kaia knew she should take what was given to get. Hopefully Marie and the other scouts are able to find a more fruitful territory, she thought, noting in the back of her mind to talk about it with the scout later. She trotted back over to where Ophelia was, lowering herself to the ground so she could get a better view of the injury. "This'll be sure to stop any infection," she murmured carefully as she worked, taking the gumweed in between her teeth to create a pulp. Carefully, with great focus, she lapped at Ophelia's paw gently, making sure to get a majority of the medicine on. Once it was thoroughly coated, the husky used the front of her teeth to gather the semi fresh leaves and cobwebs that clung to its stem. Still using her teeth to hold one end of the leaf down, Kaia used her free paw to wrap it around carefully, concealing the small cut on Ophelia's paw. "There we go," she breathed, backing up and raising to her paws from the ground.

Ever since Bullet had appointed her as one of the pack's three healers, she had made it her duty to learn all she could. Clance, being more experience of the three, quickly became on of Kaia's confidants, putting her trust in the terrier so that she could help the pack as well. From Julo, she had learned the basics, and that had allowed her to save the life of one of the pack members after first coming across Bullet and his gang. Now, she was rather skilled, and simply smiled as she met Ophelia's gaze. "You should be able to walk on it now, but I would refrain from any running," Kaia advised the Borzoi, keeping her gaze on Ohpelia's as she spoke.

(I was not entirely sure if they used the same medicine as the Clans, however I figured they would know it was medicine and not herbs!)

Nessie was alone as always. Away from the attention and buzz of the crowd. She had decided at a early period in her life that she did not want to talk to everyone as frequently as a leader would. She decided the best way to stay calm is if you stay away from the dogs who aren't. That was what she always had done and today was no different. She often went to secret places to watch things she thought were beautiful and calming. Other dogs may not agree with her but she didn't care. Nessie was currently doing what she did when she was not frustrated. When she was calmer than normal. She was standing around the edges of the place her pack lived and having a actually appealing presence that might make someone want to talk to her. But the truth was, that probably wasn't the case. Her fur may have been well groomed and soft, and she may have been lying a nice inviting way, but if someone knew Nessie, they would know that she was in a deep alone time, lost in her mind. Just thinking, and daydreaming.

Ignore if you've been rather active in the RP

Hey Guys! This is just a general warning that there needs to be a post from everyone before 1-10. I'll do an activity check beginning at the first of the month. (1/1-1/10). Anyone who had failed to post between those dates will be removed to make room for people wanting other ranks/wanting to join.
Sorry!

If you're unsure of what to post, here's an idea of what everyone should be doing:
-Bullet sent the Isla and her hunters to gather food so all hunters should be on a hunt.
-Peach could gather the scouts (or a few) and send them to find a new home since the planes flew over and/or help the healers find medicines.
-The healers should be gathering their stuff for the move or making sure the pack is ready to go.

Bullet's take on the healer's kindness probably wasn't going to be what he wanted. "I've been told I can talk to many canines, but I choose to leave my thoughts with myself. It saves drama and chaos. It's simply easier than expressing what's happening," he replied curtly. Bullet let out a small sigh after the statement was made. Sometimes he even bummed himself out. It was rare for the alpha to lighten up at all, although it was probably for the best. The pack needed a canine that could put his paw down and just lead, otherwise the pack would just fall apart. There would be no saving them. This place wasn't meant for the weak and all that seemed to pile up on the alpha's shoulders. Sure, he had Cronos to rely on too, but the Beta didn't have to deal with nearly as much. The pack needed an Alpha Female. Bullet knew that, but he refused to grow that closely to anyone here besides his sisterly figure. At the sudden movements from the healer seeing the mouse, Bullet froze in his pawsteps. He watched for a moment, confused at first -- well taken off guard -- then he simply grew amused. There was always that sometimes where good hearted nature like this was nice to see. Bullet let the other canine enjoy himself for a moment before he was apologizing. The black Shepard simply shook his head, allowing a small smirk to cross his muzzle. "No, it's fine. It's okay to have moments like that sometimes. The pack needs a pup personality around to keep tensions down. I have accepted that fact," he replied before his paws started moving again. Following the terrier once more. He was beginning to wonder how far they needed to go to reach the garden. Surely, it wasn't that far, was it? That's not how he remembered it at least.

Kaloni sniffed around the place the pack called home. She followed a scent trail leading up to where Nessie was. "Aye, Nessie.", the Australian Shepherd greeted. "How are you?", she asked, her blue merle fur rippling as a breeze blew past. Kaloni sat down next to the female, scratching her own left ear with her left hindleg.

"Nessie?", Kaloni asked. "Oi.", she growled. "Hello..? Nessie!", the Aussie said again, standing in front of the other female.

Oskar (http://warriorcatsonline.com/forums/showpost.php?p=446384&postcount=41) was lying flat on his belly off to the side, large head resting on his huge paws. He was a massive male, being a Great Dane, but before the planes flew overhead he'd fallen ill and his affectionate owner took him to the vet where he spent days recovering from the loss of his front left leg. His lost limb slowed him down slightly and made each step a great effort. He didn't expect to live too long and he could already see the day where he shared his goodbyes with the pack and hobbled off to die alone. Oskar feared he was holding back his pack-mates with his severe disability, and he was very much aware that in times like these, weakness was not tolerated. With this knowledge, he did his best to prove himself to the pack but he could only prove himself in a low-paced rank like sigma, but that was good enough for Oskar - he hoped it was good enough for everyone else.

His rounded tongue lolled from between his lips and his chest heaved as he breathed heavily, slowly. Oskar studied the area without moving his head, eyes rolling in his skull. With a flick of his ear, he drew his tongue over his damp nose only to allow it to drop back down again. There wasn't much for the dog to do, not when he was a sigma in a pack that lacked pups. There was always the subordinates but after looking around Oskar confirmed that they were conversing with their pack-mates. He was content, however, just where he was.

``That is wonderful news Storm!`` She barked excitedly, ``But it's getting late, we should head back.`` She said, ``Besides, the rabbits will come out, stuff themselves with the remaining food they have left, so later we can track them down.`` She pointed out and picked up her Shrew and squirrel, ``Let's head back, Bullet is waiting.`` She muffled through the prey and padded back.

Celeri felt a prickle of a slight explainable feeling, that may of been a tint of jealousy. If Isla had listened to his idea after all, they would of most likely of haven a better haul of prey to bring back to the the pack. He kept on having to remind himself that it probably wasn't going to work anyways, and that it was the lead hunter's decision, after all... The Whippet clutched the two limp pieces of prey in his jowls, trotting after Isla.
"Do you think this'll be enough for the pack, or should we head out again later?" He somehow managed to ask her around the mouthful of fur, thanks to the weasel and rabbit hanging from his jaws.

Dusk layed down, alone once again. At first, she watched the dogs around her cautiously, hoping she would be able to move away quick enough without getting snapped at if somebody came to take her spot, but nobody came, and she started to let her mind wander. She started to close her eyes, and let the sounds of nature and smell of dust and ruble envelope, and in moments, she was asleap.

Dusk carried the rabbit along the path, not sure where her paws where taking her,but she faintly remembered this place. The smoke had started to clear away after the few explosions that had shook the land, and the birds had began to chirp again. The path became more and more familiar, but she was still unsure of where she was going. She just simply followed the path.Smoke was rising up ahead, and it smoke suddenly filled here nosterls, blocking out any hope of smelling anything else. She came to the end of the path and stopped, dropping the rabbit. She knew clearly where she was now.The remains of her house, and the scent of death filled the air."Mother..." She said quietly, walking closer, but it was already fading.Fading before she could save her from the debris.

Dawn snapped awake, lifting her head.It looked like she had only been asleap for a few minutes, but it felt like longer. She didn't feel like sleeping, afraid she would only have that same dream again,so she sat up and stretched, sitting down and watching her packages again, hoping that the hunters would bring enough food for her to get at least a small bite in.

It’s time for some patrols! “ he says loudly and coldly as he sits down. “ anyway just in case there has been other dog scents smelled nearby, if you find any other dog and see them as a worthy ally and have them come here to prove themselves to the alphas! Also if they are bad dog... kill them on sight! We don’t need a attack or anyone else getting injured for something we do! The hunters are out so if you feel the need to stand by and protect them go ahead. This isn’t our territory and this isn’t exactly home so be on alert for any suspicious activity... I will lead a group of 3 to find the small pack I’ve smelled on my lone patrol if you wish to come stand forward and say. I will not show mercy nor should you if they are seen as enemies or see us as enemies! Now hurry up stand before me and speak your name! Now!” He snaps his jaws loudly watching the pack.

Clance laughed curtly his breath growing heavy from the short burst of strength he had used to chase prey he, most likely, wasn't going to catch in the first place. the dogs fur trapped the heat and forced him to be less active than he had originally wished. It made him withdrawn to go places or stick outside too long, it was horrible. With a great heave he turned to look at the path ahead, lifting his paws higher off the ground as more divits and prints in the soil became hard to step through. "Maybe. But keeping all that you think in your mind isn't too healthy, considering being left with your own thoughts to long is dangerous" he said yipping his head to the side with a light shrug. "You never know bullet, maybe you should try it" he said, his faint smile growing bigger as he looked sideways at bullet. Even if bullet didn't consider him a friend, Clancy found himself being a tad more friendly toward the alpha than others. True there was not supposed to be favouritism but it was simply dog behaviour and common nature. The terrier cursed under his breath as his paw slid into a pothole and dust flew up in a massive plume causing him to sneeze. Pulling himself back up he continued on in silence his tongue lolling out from between his teeth as they drew closer to the gardens. He could tell by the way lots of human junk was littered around, plastic bags with odd smelling dirt as well as rusty tool heads. He shivered but continued on proudly as he came upon a dirt patch marked by a low fence to keep rabbits out. Easily he quickened his pace than leapt over the fence sailing far into the garden effortlessly. Terriers where excellent jumpers he had liked to believe, or maybe it was his long legs. "Yes. Our sports need to be lifted, yet I can't be the only one to act foolish" he said lifting his eyebrow as he glanced back over his shoulder to see if bullet had followed him over the low fence.

.: I would like it if the people who are scouts let me know so I can formally organize some patrols! If you can that would be great! :.

Peach trotted back into camp, her wiry body looking war torn and dusty as she plodded into the open. Her cracked and bleeding pads leaving little blood marks in the dirt as she walked to take her place on a high stone. She had left Archie knowing there was things to do, something bullet had instructed her to do. Stalling up some of her stage fright the greyhound piped up for the announcement, "Since we are in preparations for the move, I'm going to need my scouts to report NOW for patrols!" she howled, her voice cracking with the heat and lack of moisture in the air. With a loud hacking cough she bowed her head to regain her calm before leaping down to the ground. Than she sat again looking expectantly for her scouts to appear one by one. Perhaps she could take a patrol later, talk to Archie, patrol again, talk to bullet and call it a day.

Cronos sniffed the air briefly before making his way to a higher point and letting put a rumbling roar of a bark to catch the attention of everyone in the clearing. With the Alpha gone on a mission of sorts, it was Cronos' job to keep order within the pack. "With the planes recent arrival and departure, we will be leaving soon." He rumbled. "Our warriors will be heading out to make sure the surrounding area is safe to travel in-" His mouth curled into a faint sneer of disgust at the thought of their own Zeta going off and slaughtering innocent dogs just trying to survive alongside them, but such was the way of the pack. "-and our scouts will be charting a course for us. I need all of our hunters, subordinates, omegas, etc., to report to me right now so I can give you a job to do to contribute to the effort." Ignore if you've been rather active in the RP

-Warriors can be distributed throughout the patrols per Zeta's orders.
-Omegas and subordinates can socialize.

I haven't posted yet because Tiger hasn't been added to the allegiances (last time I checked) so I wasn't sure whether she was accepted or not

Nessie looked up, hearing another dog say her name. She wasn't familiar with everyone, and didn't register everybody as a friend unlike some dogs. But she was able to recognize the Australian Shepard as Kaloni. She frowned at the happy upbeat way the dog talked, but not feeling as annoyed as she could be, Nessie said nothing rude that might drive the other female away. "Hey," was all she said in response, but she allowed a small smile as she looked at Kaloni. "How're you?" Nessie hated to admit it, but she kind of want to keep the conversation flowing, it wasn't normal for her, but she could use some company every now and then. The pack was busy lately, and she was to, and she never had time to socialize. Mostly because she didn't want it. But sometimes it was nice. If the other dog didn't get out of hand.

"I'm good. How 'bout you?", Kaloni asked, shaking her ruffled pelt. Her harness blocked her from being able to scratch her sides with her hindlegs. But I need to wear it. The humans put it on me.. They put this head harness on me too..., the Australian Shepherd thought.

The Aussie looked at Nessie again. "So, Nessie, what d'you wanna talk 'bout?", Kaloni asked, her tongue lolling out of her mouth, panting. Geez, I'm getting hot from my harness being on me...

Folium perked her ears, tilting her head in direction of Cronos. The female trotted up to him, hoping in someway she could help, be it with her speed or anything or that matter. "Anything I can assist in?" She asked, pressing one of her paws onto the ground lightly. She was certainly aware that it wasn't exactly her rank to do this, being a Delta, but sitting in camp did get quite boring and dull. Something like this would get her blood flowing.
Personally, she didn't really think the plane was much of a problem, but what was she supposed to say exactly to the beta male?

I need all of our hunters, subordinates, omegas, etc., to report to me right now so I can give you a job to do to contribute to the effort." He jumped off the rock and began waiting patiently for the dogs to arrive.

Blackhawk padded to the beta and sat. "Hey Cronos," he barked gruffly. "I need something to do. What can I do to help?" the black german shepard looked at the beta in silence, trying to find a weakness. (hey whats been going on?)

Nessie looked at Kaloni in confusion. The first thing Nessie noticed was that Kaloni was panting, and they were in the shade. She opened her mouth to say something, but quickly spotted the harness the dog was wearing. "Oh.." She murmured, though she still didn't understand why Kaloni was wearing it. They were supposed to be free from humans. "Why are you wearing a harness?" Nessie asked, unable to keep the skepticism out of her voice. It wasn't normal, and the other dog didn't seem very comfortable in it. "It seems, ...uncomfortable." Nessie stated finally coming up with the world that described it well, and was not too rude. If Kaloni liked the harness she would apologize, but she did not think it looked comfortable.

"The humans put it on me and I keep it on to hide a scar I have on my side.", Kaloni said.

Nessie still wasn't convinced, it didn't seem like the ideal thing to cover up a scar. Maybe she could try mud, or maybe move her fur in a certain direction to cover it up. But what was so bad about a scar anyway. Nessie believed that the only scars worth covering were the emotional ones. The ones that emotionally scar you. If it was physical, it was just a wound. Many wounds were permanent. What was so bad about a scar? "Surely you don't need to cover it up." Nessie stated. She was pretty sure that the harness did not help with a infection or made it easier to walk, or easier to do anything. It looked like it made everything harder. And it did not look comfortable in the least. If the humans had given Nessie one of those things to wear, she would have taken it right off.

Aggravated the lead scout trotted into camp heaving massive breaths as she walked in. Her claws clicking against the stones as she moved into the camp. She looked side ways at every dog she passed until she came to a dead stop, her scouts where scattered like mice, scrambling around uselessly, not listening to orders. The grey hod bounded forward again until she reached a heightened stone. She glanced around the group her eyes scanning them with a deadly anoyance. "SCOUTS!" she howled, struggling to keep her balence on the Rock before she leapt down winding in pain from her bleeding and infected paws. She than combed her gaze through the dogs assembled, her tail slightly raised hopefully but lowered when they didn't come flocking. "Scouts we have a patrol to go on, I'm not looking to wait around long" she growled beneath her breath.

Nessie gave a apologizing look at Kaloni, as she dashed away to the lead scout. "Sorry!" She called over her shoulder as she came to a halt in front of her. She looked down, pretending to study her paws because she was embarrassed at not coming when she had first heard the word "SCOUTS" and instead had waited a while. It made her feel a little better that she was not the last Scout to get there, but she didn't exactly feel the happiest. And she wasn't one who admitted her mistakes. She glanced over her shoulder again at Kaloni, but quickly looked back. The female dog would have heard Nessie apologize. She needed to go on patrol though, so really she didn't need to apologize for leaving. Which was why she had apologized for criticizing the vest. Obviously it was important. Nessie looked away from Kaloni, and looked up at the lead scout, waiting for her to say something.

Omg I'm so sorry if I'm late!))

Isla stopped for a moment to glance at Celeri and put down her prey, ``Well, I think we should return back to the pack and come back to hunt because this won't be enough.`` She said and added, ``Well, when we come back we could try to use your idea. I mean, we should try different ways of hunting, especially when half the prey of the forest is hiding in it's home.`` She said, a bit frustrated and picked up her prey and kept padding on. It's been a really tough time for all the dogs after the planes came. Surviving is harder and prey is more scarce than in winter! (Or leaf-bare, idk)

Tiger padded curiously over to Cronos. The subordinate was excited to get some work and to be able to contribute and help the pack in some way. "How can I be of service?" The Great Dane asked, bowing respectfully.
She took a step back, startled by his sudden coldness and walked away as quickly as she could, not daring to look back at him.She looked at cronos and waited to be told what to do,trying to not think to much about her conversation with killer.

(Not much in regards to Cronos and Killer's interactions with one another. The High Ranks have began the preparations to move the pack to a safer place, so the scouts have gone out to figure out a good path, the warriors out to fight off a pack nearby. Cronos and Aziz have declared themselves mates to each other although it isn't official.)

Cronos looked at the few dogs that had come over to receive a job, nodding slightly to himself as he gazed at each one of them. The majority were subordinates and omegas with the exception of Folium who was one of the quicker Deltas. He nodded at them finally and spoke up, his voice deep and rumbling. "Tiger, Blackhawk, I would like for you to find enough prey for the pack to eat tonight so we don't wake up tomorrow morning hungry before our journey. You are encouraged to find something for your fellow subordinates and omegas as well." He said lightly and flicked his gaze over to the two females. "You two can join the Scouts. You both are rather quick and it would be beneficial to the team." He nodded in the direction of the scout's patrol. He remained calm, collected, and stern. Nothing seemed to show any signs of weakness as he instructed the dogs before him, his stance never changing and his eyes not showing even a hint of emotion.

Bullet wasn't so eager to jump the fence. He didn't reply to the terrier as his nose cringed in disgust at the human waste left everywhere. He was standing in front of the fence before he just let his back legs give a little hop to make it over the low fence. The jump the terrier did was a little excessive, however he wouldn't say anything. There was no point other than just to put the healer down. Bullet wasn't one to do that on purpose most times. "Well you should quickly find what you need and we should head back, I'll keep watch, you never know what you'll find around here," he spoke as if the conversation they just had didn't happen. Well, if you consider that much of a conversation to begin with. The German Shepard turned his attention towards the low fence and slowly, he allowed his paws to lead him around the perimeter of it. His brown hues were scanning the beat down area around them. Honestly, Bullet was shocked the gardens were still up and standing like they were. He didn't think there was much water around here, but apparently there was if they could get medicines.

Marie heard Peach's call and immediately abandoned her post at the large puddles side to meet up with the lead scout. Did Bullet finally send the scouts out? She was surprised the alpha hadn't ordered it earlier -- wherever he was at the moment. The alpha wasn't present within the makeshift camp they had so the retriever figured he was dealing with his own matters. "Here, Peach," she barked as she took her place in line in front of the lead scout. Her eyes were bright with adventure. She was pleased to go on scout missions, it was why she took the rank in the first place. She turned down the beta position Bullet offered her a while ago because it would confine her to the dogs around her. Now, Marie awaited the next commands unaware of the drama unraveling between the beta and the zeta.

He smiles “ don’t worry my friend! We’re just doing a little hunting” he says playfully as he begins to turn around “ by the way daring you’re a beautiful dog no need to be shy “
Tiger relaxed a little, slightly flattered by the Zeta's comments. She didn't know if it showed but she kind of liked him, or admired him. She liked how charming he was not to mention he was strong and got along with everyone. I'd like a dog like him as a mate...but he still makes me a little uneasy at times...
"You lead the way then! You know best I suppose." The Great Dane just pretended to ignore the last comment killer had made so she wouldn't give away her true feelings.

Tiger stopped too, frozen with fear and panic. He knows? How does he know? Oh no oh no oh no! This is the end! I'm gonna be teased by the other subordinates!
"Of you...I think you are a good Zeta, loyal to the Alpha and you deserve your place. Of course you are seen as a figure of authority and...you should be respected." She honestly wasn't quiet sure what she was saying but she hoped it pleased him. "What you mean to me...doesn't really matter right? You're just the Zeta and I respect you."
Phew, I think I saved it.

// ack, apologies for late response! probably not the most descriptive either! //

A soft breath passed through her lips, as the lanky female knitted her brows effortlessly. “It’s only small, I don’t see what the fuss is...” Ophelia watched the husky with wide eyes, her mouth slightly agape at her concentration. The Borzoi barely considered the gash to be a large deal, and honestly she had barely even noticed it until the other had mentioned about injuries. Ophelia probably wouldn’t have even remarked the wound unless she’d checked hard enough, but she most likely wouldn’t of even told any of the medics. Considering that she thought of the cut as nothing more than a simple scratch.

Ophelia stayed in her position, multifaceted hues following Kaia with every ounce of attention forced upon the female. She was slightly concerned at the healer’s optimistic statements and actions, the borzoi barely able to control the twitching of her brow.

Overwhelmed couldn’t even begin to describe how she was feeling at that moment, as Kaia came flouncing back towards her with a plant lodged between her jaws. The subordinate flicked her orbs downwards, running her gaze across the gash once more. A pout made itself evident upon her lips, however the rest of her face seemed rather distant. She didn’t bother to let the husky absorb her attention, and instead of watching her chew up the vegetation, the Borzoi kept her gaze on the earth. Perhaps the specks of dirt and grime could occupy her mind for a while, just until the others came back. Then they’d all be able to move on, and hopefully Ophelia would be able to find interest in the newer lands.

A noticeable flinch ran from her bodice as she felt the gentle rasps of Kaia’s ot fur across her paw. A faint stinging sensation could be felt amongst the area, although she hid whatever pain she was feeling at that moment. More odd sensations continued to roll across her front appendage, bringing the Borzoi to face the husky. She was slightly confused, distraught even. Noticing how many supplies the healer was using on such a minuscule injury. Yet, the alabaster dog was unaware of how medicine worked, so it may have been for the best that she was being treated to in this way.

Once Kaia had completed her work, the female remained seated on the ground. She wasn’t all too bothered to walk around thus far, as she’d pretty much explored the places she’d wanted to travel around. Anything that had previously gained her attention, had now been forgotten. Ophelia could only wish for a younger canine to come along, then she’d finally be able to tell them any of her stories or rhymes. That would definitely be fun for the two-year-old. Twisting to bring her hues to the other, Ophelia nodded slowly. She understood, but contemplated whether she should show that it was alright anyways or not.
In the end, she simply smiled and uttered a smooth, “Thank you for your hard work.” Before laying her head down onto the terrain.

She immediately looks at cronos, her eyes glowed a bit and she was shaking a bit but she takes a deep breath and quickly steps forward to her love. “ cronos, I need to speak to you immediately.” She says ignoring the blood falling down her ear. “ it’s about killer. He’s found a pack.... and he’s planning to take over it. But we need to speak alone and now.. please “ she says desperately as she looks at him with serious eyes rare from the usual cheerful dog she was... well what she pretended to be. She never really gave out what she really is for the fear that others may look at her differently but this was her love for heavens sake and his life in endanger. Everyone’s life is endanger! She needed to do this, needed to stop killer from ending yet a other pack... she didn’t want to kill anymore... all she wanted was a peaceful life and if blood needs to be spilled because of it.. so be it.

Hearing Aziz was enough to crack his tough exterior and he turned to her. Before she spoke again, worry and concern for her began showing as soon as he spotted her bleeding ear and the desperation in her voice. He ran his tongue over her wound, stiffening as she mentioned Killer by name. His gaze focused on her as she spoke, knowing about the pack already. However, with her final request to speak alone and Killer now gone, he led her to a secluded spot. “What’s wrong, Aziz?” He asked softly, leaning back and sitting down. He had the feeling he would need to after all.

They didn’t listen to him despite my warnings they stood against him ... and died by our paws. If this continues my love he will destroy this pack!

In the end, she simply smiled and uttered a smooth, “Thank you for your hard work.” Before laying her head down onto the terrain.

(my apologies that i have been away! is it alright for Kaia and Jovie to rejoin?)

Taking note of her thanks, Kaia flicked on ear and nodded in her direction. She was still studying her bandage job, making sure none of the cobwebs were sticking out. It wasn't often that she was satisfied with her healing work; she wanted to be to absolute best she could so that the pack remained healthy and strong. The husky felt that she at least owed it to Bullet to keep them strong after he allowed her into the pack. Without this new family, Kaia was unsure of where she would've ended up.

She has been distraught when Julo was killed. Many moons were spent running, flattened grass under paw, as she tore through the wilderness. She barely stopped to eat or sleep, fearing for nightmares that would terrorize her soundless body. So Kaia kept running, and running, until one day she had come across a smaller pack of dogs. Nothing like the pack she was in now - more so a group of dogs who she learned had been trained by medics. They had learned the skill of medicine, of how herbs were acquired and used to treat injuries. This fascinated Kaia, and she stayed with them for almost a year. Lutrel, an older bloodhound who took Kaia under his wing to teach her all he knew, had been like a father figure to her.

A nostalgic look glazing over her eyes, Kaia shook her head to bring herself back to the present. It wasn't often she let thoughts of her past catch up with her, and she wasn't about to let them distract her now. Julo's death, the smaller pack, and Lutrel were all behind her now and she needed to focus on maintaining the pack's health. "Let me know if it bothers you, alright?" she told Ophelia, making sure she caught the Borzoi's gaze to let her know she was concerned, but that it wasn't that bad of a scratch. Mainly she wanted to make sure it didn't cause the canine any further pain.

She straightened herself up once more, shaking her heavy coat to rid the dust that had collected upon it. "I'll be by later to check on it," Kaia assured Ophelia. For now, she had to search for Akiya and Clance; they were due to start gathering their supplies for the move. With a final goodbye nod towards the subordinate, she trotted off in search of the younger healer. Quickly spotting thick furred canine, Kaiak changed her pace and practically galloped over. "Akiya," she greeted, lowering her head as she stopped in front of the healer in training. "We should start gathering all supplies. Have you seen Clance?" Hexict

[ Hope my disappearing hadn’t disrupted too much? ]

Peach was at the puddle again for the third time today her pink tongue lolling out dripping saliva onto the sandy floor. Exhaustion was a clear sign on the lead scout, her sunken eyes and heaving chest examples of lack of sleep and overall rest. Renault of her poor condition could often be blamed on wether like her cracked pads and lack of food in the past few days. Though another thing kept her up at night. A journey she knew must be made in the next 24 hours, with her in the lead and lives on the line. Not just two, The whole pack. Since talking to the scouts she had concluded they would be heading south, it was something about it that made her wonder wether there was water up toward the valleys and hills. If so she was determined to find it even if it killed her. She would set in stone and ensure that the pack thrived one day, oh how she wished life where as easy at it looked sometimes.

She bent her neck and began lapping at the water seeming as though she couldn’t quite get enough out of the gradually disappearing puddle. A shudder went down her spine and she rose her head for the third time before turning away from the stale puddle screwing up her face as she felt a sneeze coming on. Shaking it off she trotted towards a rocky overhang taking a place beneath it and laying flat on her side. Heat was gradually getting to her, like most dogs despite her having the least amount of fur out of them all. She couldn’t quite understand how all of them kept bustling around all day, perhaps it was her smaller size that kept heat trapped on her skin? She couldn’t ever be sure unless she spoke with Kaia or even clance. Perhaps they had the answers she was searching for. Weakly sitting up her hazel eyes scorched the clearing starring everyone down with a serious glare. She liked to make sure she kept up to date with injuries, signs of pregnancy, or other things such as an odd piece of debre in their fur. It always made sure she knew and was never outside the loop.

Broken Madness

Clance trotted back into camp after his quick meeting with bullet out in the territory. His curly fur bounding with each long step towards camp. He was looking for killer, a pack mate of his which he meant to do a check up on. He had been a little outside of the loop with everyone else, maybe it was cronos and his influence. He had known about much of what he was doing, or planning on doing and was full y prepared to intervene, peacefully of course.

Killer soon walks in bowing his head to a few dogs than he sees Clance, his eyes glowed a bit as he begins to walk up to the dog “ Clance right? I heard you were in need of me? Is this true or did I hear wrong?” He asks in his dark husky voice. His eyes were locked on the dog he watched the dogs every movement, every sound he made. He was a bit careful for some reason why? Well.... it’s usually the cute ones that are the deadliest at least that’s what he learned in his years. “ .... well boy speak I ain’t got all day.”
