What if Lionblaze died instead of Hollyleaf?

Jayfeather was obviously closer to Lionblaze than Hollyleaf. After Hollyleaf "died" and came back, his connection with her was a bit.. blurred. He was angry with her when she came back, and he didn't speak to her that much as far as i can remember. After Hollyleaf died Jayfeather was more emotionless than emotional. When she "died" he was more emotional than emotionless. However, he could have been mourning in private like he did when Hollyleaf "died". Lionblaze and Jayfeather have always been close and nothing could break their bond. So what if he died? What would Jayfeather have felt. Anger? Sadness? Horror? Maybe when Breezepelt bit Lionblaze in the neck, it was deeper than he thought and he died.

No. He would have acted the same as he did in the books.

Bluestar getting between Tigerpaw and him wouldn't have made him back down from getting more territory for BloodClan. At best, he would have given them an extra day to pack up and leave, but I honestly doubt that too. She didn't do enough for him to give him any reason to be grateful.
