Frosttooth put the leaves back in their places before he padded out of his den pushing past the bramble screen and into the clearing.

As the two entered the camp Sagemoon followed him into the medicine cat den to place the Chickweed in the herb storage. When he turned to leave he hesitated at the den entrance to glance back at Frosttooth. Fallenpaw will watch over you. He didn't want to be patronizing to the tom so Sagemoon slid out of the den. He pushed away the longing of the herb scent and padded to the fresh kill pile. The small tom sighed and pulled a vole out of the pile for himself.

That kit looks so proud...I would teach Mothkit to destroy enemies, mostly foxes probably. Coldleaf thought. She hated foxes because they killed her mother, Dawnclaw, when she just turned into an apprentice. Then when her father, Darkshade, was hunting, a fox jumped out and killed him by biting his neck.

Sootwhisker felt as if he were falling for a moon until as light as a feather his paws touched the ground. He started to bound through the territory until he reached the Baneclan camp. As he started towards the medicine cat den he parted his jaws into an enormous yawn. Even if he were on Starclan grounds he still acted like a tired elder. He slid into the den and narrowed his eyes until he saw Frosttooth's nest. Sootwhisker padded up to the sleeping ball of fur and jabbed it in the ribs with a paw. Oops, probably should've been more careful. The tom shrugged, At least he'll get up quicker.
