Roleplay of the Month is designed to feature the best roleplays of the Main Roleplay.

Please ensure you have read this thread thoroughly, as posts that do not coincide with the provided information will be deleted.

In an attempt to prevent users from only voting selectively, the system in which OTMs are decided has changed. You may suggest a roleplay, however the roleplay you nominate can not be suggested by another user. For example, if you suggest "A Mother's Tears", no one else can nominate that roleplay for the remainder of the month's nomination period. At the end of the month, the winning roleplay will be randomly selected.

Things to keep in mind before nominating a roleplay:


Roleplays do not need to have started this month, however they must have either concluded within this month or are still running to date.


You may not nominate your own roleplay, or advertise your roleplay to gain nominations.


Characters used to violate a roleplay rule can not win an OTM for the month they broke the guideline.


Nominations must include an explanation of why the roleplay deserves recognition. Posts that do not provide a reasoning will be removed.


Be thorough in your evaluation of the relationship. Vague or thoughtless statements (e.g. "they're cool") will result in your nomination being discarded.


You may only nominate once, however you may change your nomination at any time provided nominations are still open. Keep in mind you can not change your suggestion to a roleplay that was nominated by someone else.

The winning roleplay will be featured on next month's Monthly Kudos page and receive an exclusive award.

Reason for nominating this roleplay [required]:
Geckoleaf and Daypaw have experienced so much grief and trouble through-out their lifetimes and after the still quite recent death of Cricketpaw, it really is heart-breaking to see Gecko seeing herself in them and attaching so quickly to the Shadowclan medicine cat. The same goes for Day. That being said, their relationship is so emotionally fueled and Daypaw does truly seem like one of Geckoleaf's "kits," it's incredibly amusing, heart-breaking, and touching to read their roleplays!

Reason for Nominating this Roleplay: There's so much emotion in this Roleplay, two former mates, a love rival, and a gullible feline. So much is poured into these posts, it's almost a shame if with every word you can feel each Warriors heart ache. There's so much history with each of the characters, it almost makes you want to go back and find their former rp's. It really is a heart felt roleplay.

Roleplay Title: Are you ready?
Characters Involved: Geckoleaf (Clover) and Juniper (AbsurdJinx)
Topic and Page #s: The Starcave, 17-18
Reason for voting: These two are precious. Geckoleaf has already lost a lot, and Juniper is going to be her third apprentice. She's been here before with her own mentor and both apprentices, and so now coming back again brings back memories for her. Juniper is both nervous and excited to begin her new role and it's such beautiful writing. The emotions are so clear and it's very well written.

Reason for nominating this roleplay [required]: Their interactions seem so well thought out, and have so much emotion in each one. So much time seems to be put into each post by either member. Their characters are well thought out are the roleplay was very interesting to read.

Reason for nominating this roleplay [required]: The raw emotion between the two, despite only being "friends" is so tangible even through the writing. You can see how much Sage cares for Obsidian, and beneath all of that the bond they share as friends, despite everything that's happened. They have that tying them together, and to be honest I'm quite rooting for these two kids c:

Roleplay title: The Pigeon's last Chirp (that's what I call it at least)
Characters involved: Nighty's Chirppaw and Pigeonpaw and Random Melody's PigeonCloud

Reason for nominating the Roleplay: All characters are so well written and played out and carefully planned. For example, it is said that Chirppaw struggles to run and so later on, this is encorporated into Pigeoncloud's plan of attack. Also the dialogue between the characters is very good as well.

Just.. Peachfuzz, its so horrible to see him sink his claws into Jadekit {figuratively} and slowly corrupt the kits mind. And to see him think its the right thing is chilling. The posts aren't too lone, but are detailed enough to get the point across. Its creepy, and i was even inspired to draw some art for it, {not finished}
